No. Sorry, it's for the 3rd trailer of LSPDFR! It'll be released on November 2017.

Code 1 is no emergency. No lights, no siren, you drive there like a normal person.
Code 2 is a semi life-threat. No lights, no siren, you drive there like a normal person. But like you're late for work.
Code 3 is a life threat. Lights and sirens for a rapid response, and allows ignoring most traffic laws (But not risk the life of others).
Code 4 is "all clear".

Guys, come on, we all know that isn't a real countdown.  You just used a trainer for it!

Once again, this topic is for LSPDFR. NOT "Police 10-13". 

Well said man, all the speculation on when it will be released aint progressive.
As stated numerous times it'll be out when the team finds it satisfactory to release to the public, and by the looks of it I am assuming it shouldn't be that much longer. I'm really excited about the mod and it's one of the main reasons I bought GTA 5 for PC, I know the temptation kills and you wanna ask or discuss when it'll be done but it probably bugs a few peeps in this forum. If you focus your mind on other things you won't be busy worrying or wondering about it's release. Just don't fret things, pop in every once and a while and at some point you'll see the download link to the mod and you'll feel like a twelve year old kid opening presents, I know I will c:
