If you have a high end pc put this in the commandline: -availablevidmem 2.0 -percentvidmem 1.0 -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -novblank -noprecache If that doesn't work I'm all out of ideas, or maybe Cj24 can help you.

That's not the reason because I run GTA IV perfectly and I have the same version. It is most likely a mod you installed.

​That's the thing I don't know what it replaces, I have a full backup of the game. Should I make a backup of "vehicles.img" now? And replace it after I use the backup?
