I'm looking for a very basic CVPI... It would have grill lights, whelen liberty, sec lights (ambers) would be at the back of the whelen liberty. Anyone know of one or is willing to help me out?

I basically replicated the old RCMP pack they used previously. Took me lots of hours and searching and re-skinning for my personal use but I succeed! I use it most from all my other skin packs since its a whole complete set. Do you want a slicktop/unmarked?

When does it crash? During gameplay, when you are loading it up?

I recommend using Open IV instead - lots more options.

Are they based off the same thing like car mods? I can put a "m_y_strooper" skin on a "m_y_cop"?

If I understand right I believe I had the same problem. Try uninstalling your game and patching to 1.0.7.0 then. Hopefully I helped, if I did press the green arrow.

You are in hard mode I believe. Go to Grand Thef Auto IV --> Scripts and open "FirstResponse" Then find "hardcore = true" and set it to "hardcore = false" (no quotations) Hope I helped

Myself as well please.

The radar gun does not seem to work (Not showing speeds) and when people see it they run because they treat it as a gun. Is there anyway to fix this or any other radar gun mods and people don't run from and the radar guns actually works.

I open it and it scrolls and scrolls and scrolls ect... Know how to stop it?

If I play with a wired Xbox 360 controller can I just hook up a regular Xbox mic to the Controller and use that or would I need a separate mic?
