GTA Has stopped working

Featured Replies

When I go to play GTA, it says it has stopped working. I've already went through the forums and nothing I found helped.

I have ran as admin and everything. Read-only stays checked even after I uncheck it. Tired xlive and xliveless. I've tried the other LCPDFR version. I got this as a digital download off of amazon.com.

Did you download the latest patch (1.0.7.0)? Restore your game to the original (replace to your backup files or uninstall and re install), then patch it the latest patch. I had the same problem so that should work.

If I helped pressing the green arrow would be appreciated!

If I helped, I would appreciate you pressing the green arrow to the right of your screen!

"Read-only stays checked even after I uncheck it"

It's normal, just be sure to uncheck it once.

"Tried xlive and xliveless"
