  1. I'm not sure, but the non-els squads on gpm weren't too bad in poly count, if I remeber correctly. Also, use advanced search, check downloads, and search, in quotes, "not els". Oh, someone modeled a few cars on this website that are low-poly, right?
  2. You have a link to it?
  3. Yeah, I have a feeling the best way to impliment it without too many bugs would simply be to have an option to order them out of their vehicle at the begining of the stop. for instance: To order the suspect out of their car, press F4 And have that hover until you get to the window. Then the normal stop insues, and after checking on the computer, the option to order them out of the car from your car still exists. Just a thought.
  4. Nope, doesn't seem so. Though, someone has figured out how to model peds, look at the first Player Mods on gta4-mods.com
  5. He is obviously typing in a foriegn launguage, and Google Translate is failing him.
  6. Jesus, Am I the only American on these boards? Unr3al, help me! Anyway, Mendocino County is big in size and crime, but low on pictures of Law Enforcement. I have some nice pics of Willits PD cars from one of my ride alongs, but I washed my phone by acident so I have to wait for the (free) new one before posting them. Also, if you have ever smoked weed (I haven't) inside the United States, theres a good chance it came from Mendocino County, Or our sister counties Trinity and Humbolt. (See: Emrald Triangle) ANYWAY The CHP provides some services, mainly to back up the massivly understaffed Sheriff Department. So here you go: http://www.flickr.com/photos/15926220@N02/5694229415/in/pool-chpphotos AHA! I found one picture of Willits PD: And here's some sheriff: Annnnd finally, the largest city (also, one of only three with a police department) Ukiah PD Cannot get any photos of Fort Bragg PD, due to the Military base. AH! It wont let me post photos...
  7. What, where's Cop killer? C'mon guys, this isn't a list of how Minorities always treat officers with respect without Cop Killer.
  8. We already have a discussion for this...
  9. So like the 12 NB vids. Just without the british accent?
  10. Protip: Skins and Car models are different. You can aply a SKIN to any car that matches. So a crown vic can take any SKIN for a CVPI.
  11. I've seen pictures of traffic on the Golden Gate bridge on their website, some taxis and an LCPD car, so they may have found a way to make peds travel on the roads. Still, conversions only go so far, and this probably won't be nearly as good as the traditional Liberty City.
  12. For the last time guys: NO IT IS NOT THE RELEASE OF .95! It probably has something to do with .95, purhap Alpha 4, or a super cool fix for .91, or a picture of Sam's penis, or any number of simply awesome things, but it is not the beta or release of LCPDFR. Those NB videos probably show what, 30-40 percent of what they wanted to do with .95? Searchlights, better AI, Fire departments responding, More random crime, etc etc etc... all are going into this, so don't think the beta is coming soon. They hope (enphasis on HOPE) to have a beta by August, but this is a dream. The originally wanted a beta late June. So there you go guys. Stop asking.
  13. I did, but it jut took me to the main dev. hub. NO INFORMATION! AGH!!! *Light self on fire in frustration* EDIT: It's back!
  14. It stopped due to "stupidity" THE DRAMA INCREASES!
  15. Scratch the last, everyone who was ever a member is apperenly logging in and then mass downloading. Website might as well be offline for now.

Side note for those inerested: The speech in the beging of the video is from the memorial service for fur Oakland California Police officers who were ambushed and killed in 200-8 or 9 (google it) And the scanner feed is that of the North Hollywood shootout (google that one too)
  17. As you all will soon know, the beloved [insert relationship status between GPM and lcpdfr.com here] of lcdfr.com is back, if not suffering from some lag. They need you all to start uploading your stuff. REJOICE!
  18. I hate to say it, but the GPM one is unfortuently the most logical thing. Next to the clock being there just to f*ck with us. Watch it randomly reset when time runs out to a new time, and a topic that is filled with posts of people talking about how awesome "It is" logged around midnight, to be found closed the next morning....
  19. Maybe it's when the Dev team will finally get around to updating the NB video in the forums...
  20. I've checked the mods status on GTA forums, there probably around 23-25% done completely, but most of the work is iffy if it can be done. Mainly has to do with the (ERG) that we are very limited when it comes to peds outside of textures. That and Cols, spawn points, and things that no tool currently exsists for. So basically the best they'll probably be able to do is make a really scary place for a Machinima.
  21. Not just lcpdfr. Version .9999999995. Imagine the possibilities.
  22. Isn't it deadly obvious? The beta version of LCPDFR 0.95 is actually a nurotoxin that will give us all british accents for a few weeks,, making us all sound like NB. Then we die. OR PURHAPS MAYBE IT'S JUST THE BETA RELIESE! Or some major news anouncment.
