Alright, don't try running it from the rar file, that usually causes problems. Try the cmd method again, but on the first step don't type -f.

Are you running the update directly from the rar file? If you do, extract it to the Desktop and try doing the cmd method or just normally running it.

So, I was just gonna play LCPD:FR as usual, but when I started GTA4 it just returns to Desktop like nothing happened after the loading screens. It worked the other day. Help? Solved - Okay, it was my First Person mod that messed it up.

What happened exactly after you tried my method?

Try this: Go to cmd, type in: cd 'C:\ [location of the update file] -f' I think you have to go folder to folder. Example: cd Users, then cd Anthrax12 and such. Then type in UpdateTitle.exe -f <Location of your Grand Theft Auto IV folder>. Then it should work.

Hi, I've changed the glass color to all blue on my police car, but the actual lights still remains as Red and blue. How do I change this? Please help.

Good idea, but that would be more 'L.A Noire-ish'. All the other things, also very good ideas.

Try right-clicking inside your Grand Theft Auto IV folder and deselecting write protection or the "read only" function. This should fix your problem.

One thing that happened to a small town I lived in once, was that I saw a police unit perform a traffic stop. The swedish police car were just standing in front of a building, and on the other side a civilian car pulled up onto the main road. The police unit also drove up on to that road, and turned on his traffic advisor bar and honked at the car so it would pull over. That's an amazing story, because in that town it barely happened anything.

Use Simple Native Trainer, go to Model Spawning > Change Walkstyle or something like that. And change it to whatever you like.
