Well, somehow I stumpled up on an LCPD:FR video by gangrenn, and I was fascinated, but at that point I had a computer that couldn't handle GTA at all, so I had to wait 1 year to get a better graphics card. Really laggy, but at least I could play it. Was really happy then.

I know GTA IV multiplayer is laggy, but this is just ridiculous! I was really looking forward to be playing with a clan I joined and the game got stuck on the game loading... screen. Things I've tried: Reboot Computer Disable Firewall Disable F-Secure Firewall Reboot Computer again

First, post your computer specs then people can begin to 'evaluate' your computer to see if gta will work. However, a laptop is NOT recommended when it comes to GTA IV.

Uh, it says "Can't find background.png" in the .net scripthook console... EDIT: Okay, I just created an empty image file named background.png, and now I can access the spikestrip menu, but the game freezes if I try to set a spikestrip. Any ideas?

Is there a way to get the police officers to not say for example 'PULL OVER NOW THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING' every 10 seconds during a car chase? I'm getting SOO sick of it...

You can? When I arrest one suspect, I have to wait until he gets taken away, if I don't and I arrest the other one, you can't press the F9 F10 or F11 buttons.

Hi, I came up with this idea for a new arrest system. So here it is: I was thinking like, if the arrested suspect is resisting, you may call for a prisoner transport (PSTOCKADE) that will take the suspect away. (Like in Britain) And also, if you've got multiple suspects on-scene, you could press for example [F-8 - Multiple Suspect Transport] and a PSTOCKADE will come and you can transport 2 suspects in one pstockade. And if you've got for example 8 suspects, and you need to take them away, I was thinking either you can call for several pstockades which will each pick up 2 suspects. OR you could, after 2 suspects have entered the pstockade, they despawn within the truck so more suspects can enter! My whole point, however is that you should be able to arrest several suspects and not wait until the first suspect has been taken away. (This is the current system.)

Well, Once again, I want to try out some new cars, and currently I'm looking for the Japanese Toyota Crown police car. Really wanted to try one out in-game, but I can't find one. Have anyone seen one of those? ELS enabled hopefully.

Go into your gta folder>common>data>vehicles.ide and go to the car slot you want to change and remove the '+livery' option at the end.

Hey Abraxas! Really enjoying your mod! Best thing ever since lcpdfr. But I'm wondering something, is it possible for the cops at the roadblock to NOT shoot at the suspect when he/she blows through, I would like more if they would try to arrest him/her.

I am pretty sure this question has been asked already by many, but is it possible to get the PSTOCKADE to respond for the prisoner transport request? Because I am playing with DDoppler's London Met Police pack, and when the suspect is resisting or something, I figured, why not get a prisoner transport bus and give him a ride to PD that way instead? I have been transporting him to station by spawning a police stockade and then driving over there, but I want it to be more realistic. Plus, it's SO boring to drive them to the station.

LOL! Let's see this with the Heavy Bus Mod! This mod doesn't do anything at all to the ambulance drivers though! They already drive like maniacs! =P
