No, you don't have to change anything in there, you just open the trainer in-game with F3, go into options and it should be there somewhere.

I see these LCPDFR MDC tools everywhere but they're all for MP use, and I'd like a nice-looking program where you can fill out a police report and save them just for fun. Does anyone know of one? It doesn't have to be an in-game tool either, windows program works fine.

Amen! ( (The Swedish king) It is playable, but you'll have to learn the new interface, like in most Paradox games. I have a playable version if anyone wants to try it out.

They were going to actually, it was going to be called East vs West but it was cancelled. Europa Universalis is between 1444 and the 1700's I think, then there's Victoria which is in the Victorian age.
