    We can already call in LSPD SWAT teams, NOOSE is the National Office of Security Enforcement which is a paramilitary organization that is more suited for fighting terrorists and such. So I'd say that the regular SWAT teams are plenty for the situations you describe. But yeah we should have missions like that, I agree.

    Never done modelling but I guess you'd have to import the GTA model into Zmodeler or something and make it compatible with Arma 3.

    It's an alpha, not a beta. Also, you CAN arrest people, but I like your idea that you should be able to get suspects lean against the car and such. I think that's possible, but I guess the developers can give a better answer than me. Though the arrest mechanic isn't really perfect yet in my opinion so they probably would wanna tweak it a bit.

    Try looking through peds.ide or pedVariations.dat in common/data. It should be in there somewhere, not sure where though.
