  1. I'm sorry, NickieB, but with hlsavior's video tutorials, there are plenty of GAD guys (no offence intended) around and the situation is starting to change. I'm highly confident he'll find somebody to do that for him.

  3. I literally cannot wait anymore. The anticipation is killing me.
  4. Yeah...and the world is made out of chocolates and I have a rainbow farting unicorn in my backyard. If only you were right. Because NickieB thought the same way as you while preparing that tut. The only problem is, people love attention. And no one, except a handful, wants to keep their mods to themselfs. If you know even 1% of modding, you too would want to be known/popular/famous like EVI and KevinDV. The best way to achieve it, they see is- release everything you have. Even if you or they don't need it. Thats the the major misconception deteriorating this community. People think quantity matters. Its quality which does. And in order to achieve quantity, they're compromising on quality. That is why NickieB took his tut down. Anyways, hlsavior clearly does not have any intention to take this tutorial down. Our job was to advice, so did we. Now we can't help if himself and his users want a little attention from those who aren't into modding yet. Just wait for your users to see this video and start ignoring or flaming on your mods since in no time they'll be able to make theirs, thanks to this video. Once again, we have no intentions of pushing anybody around or else NickieB won't ever have shared the knowledge he accumulated over a of period time with no such tutorials but with pure trial and error. Here you're given everything baked and cooked. And the world doesn't work on the principle of spoonfeeding. You have to lose some to gain some. Period. Troy out.
  5. Wow! Thats even more highly unlikely to happen than any of the dreams posted here.

  7. ^This. But his tut did more damage than profit and he didn't see that coming. Look at the quality, dude. "A liberty thrown on a CVPI" has become a popular taunting sentence in the community today. Your video is great and all, but you're becoming a cause of doom. Open your eyes before its too late. The quality is getting compromised with each download which is being submitted to the downloads section as we speak. And that is not good for the community. If you understand this much, you're my hero. If not, I understand you enjoy getting "thanks, I love you" messages everyday and want to keep em coming.
  8. ^This. And as for your "skilled" part, no offence to the G17 Media but they do it for hobby. Rockstar have far more experienced scripters rich with resources and official support. They make the damn game, you realize this? Proceed to GTA4Mods and have a look at the videos. You'll find way more videos of them killing people and fooling around and no videos of "saving the world". Hell with even Ironman like mods, they love to perform terrorist activities. Modding community is just 1% of their consumers. The police community is...well...like 30% of that 1%. Now if you were Rockstar....
  9. That time is already here, dude. You're just not mature enough to understand it.
  10. I dunno but most of the script mods you post, either don't work for me or break LCPDFR so that it gives core.sharp error or something. Do these mods require a special version of SHDN?

  13. Nice job, Robert. And ignore the CVPI GADs' comments. They don't know any better.

  17. EVI already made a similar setup. Why'd you do it again?
  18. At least, I don't rate others low on personal preference.

  20. Sorry. Its gotta f**k ton more features and additions and it definitely will take time to explore and figure out. I have never, in my whole life, read something this long to be able to install and make use of a mod properly. Still reading through.
