The less LODS the better for performance because at certain distances if the LOD doesn't exist then it'll disappear which at L4 distance you won't notice anyways. And scaling you can give it a go. Be concerned for the dummies and wheels because I had issues with those while trying it.

It had L4 then I removed it lowering it down to L3 because lets be honest. What kind of person cares so much that he looks at his cruiser with barely anything on but little lights from well of distance away at L4. That's just useless stuff adding to file size at that point. If you need a L4, you do that and add to the already less broken model. Scaling... eh it's one of those things that didn't bother me because it's like a squinch and at that point I already fixed a shit load of stuff on it and done with it plus I personally believe that nothing is scaled right when in game. It's a game, I don't expect anything the right size but I do what I can. Just be happy it's here and sorry is all I can say. At this point in modeling. I'm tired after 5 years coming 6 in Feb and happy with what I got here.

Never would of thought of this honestly even with me having issues with it. Figured it was hard coded. Thank you. Really needed this being a controller user myself. Now I can fuckin' assign different shit without it interfering with another or controlling the game when I don't want it to.

Seen this Tayhoe since the beginning of development. ******' loved it! I use this to do drug interdiction on the highways of Blaine County while having Gump be my partner in a separate Tayhoe. Bout **** time Gump's stuff got featured. *Knifehand at KingMellon* Guy, it's not that complicated. Look up a install video for GTA V Vehicles & textures.

Sorry for late response. Anyways it seems you may have not installed the the tailights in the right order in the hierarchy or it's a bad texture. Those were really the only times I had the issue.

Let me add that + in there to be cool and hip with the kids here. Instead of making a guide. Here's it is. A DLC that puts all the police cars together instead of being scattered here and there. Plus it allows you to create new proper slots. Figured I'd share since it could be useful to y'all plus to people making packs. If I somehow messed it up, comment and I'll try to figure it out. Worked about 10 minutes ago of uploading this. Update: Well Albo made something similar which me and others had no idea about. Then again we were gone from FR for awhile. I made this for the Valor pack and decided to share it since I didn't see it plus no one made a proper guide on it. Mainly has use to people making packs at this point.- 6 comments

Resolved. Basically the guides I saw were wrong or didn't offer the idea of the police cars (and added) being a separate DLC.

For the Valor pack I created a separate DLC so I didn't have to go all over the place replacing cars and metas plus I'll need to create slots anyway. I started with a police5. Got it in game and all is operational except civies are ignoring my siren. They won't pull over nor move over. I've followed every guide on adding cars and nothing works. Here's a section of my carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta showing police5.

After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. Some bugs here and there but minor enough for the average modeler to fix. Anyways I thank all the people who have contributed to the models in so many ways. It means alot. And I thank the community for it's support and the models they make. It's what keeps this community running. Thank y'all and take care. - Howdy
