I downloaded the mod in gtav / plugins and whenever i load in the plugin it doesn't work, when i do on duty it still doesn't work, this is what i get [4/10/2026 4:07:31 PM.244] ERROR: Could not load plugin from "C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV\Plugins\WindowControl.dll". Could not load file or assembly 'WindowControl, Version=1.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

This is a nice plugin however more then half the time you talk, the AI doesn’t recognize your speech. I was assuming that this plugin was going to be like Grammar Police where you can say a phrase and continue talking and it would be correctly recognized. With this plugin you have to say the exact phrase, without adding extra words. This genuinely makes you sound like a salesperson every time you talk. The only way to fix this is by adding every phase. Can be a pain but if you are willing to add these phrases, then it could be better. (Edit: I will try the WSR instead of the MSP and will edit back if there is significant changes)

I'm only rating it this low because the spotlight X,Y,Z won't move on DLC vehicles, even if you try. If this gets fixed I would rate it higher

Does this make the AI follow the speed limit or is it just for your personal vehicle?

I like how vehicles can turn away from your traffic stop and slow down when you have your lights on. However 99% of drivers will not stop when the road is labeled saying “STOP” (Many in Little Seoul). I’m not sure if this configures to this but drivers will NOT keep up with speed limits. 30 in a 60, 15 in a 50, you name it. If there’s anyway this can be fixed please let me know.

can you add "how to install" instructions, i have no idea how

when i click F4 it immediately goes to the ragepluginhook control menu and i cant get to the "SetAGSMenuKey" is there any other way or alternative i can get there? and does your engine just have issues randomly? my cars engine just died while driving

Really nice however I recommend to turn down the settings because sounds or vibrations can be very annoying

I do like the station however it’d be better if the location was moved somewhere where no SO or PD stations are. The parking lot is also a little small, despite that it works as intended and looks beautiful

Im not sure why put the ELS on the explorer on work in the rear windshield light, no other lights are operative on the vhicle

I tried to download the replace files, i got the vehicle model however half the of the ELS don't work. Only the grille lights work with ELS. I tried everything. Chatgpt got me further then the replace instructions. The vehicle model is good but the lightbar on top did not work. If you can help me please reply
