Empire State Justice - A New York State Overhaul for pdComp
You're absolutely right. There were a few spots I originally overlooked, this being one of them and Fish & Game / Park Ranger stuff for example. Using hindsight, I went back through and reexamined the charge/citation coverage as well as a lot of fundamental structures between charges, modifiers, and enhancements. I urge you to redownload the v2 file for a much more concrete experience. I also urge anyone else to point out any insufficiencies you might find. Have some spiedies on me. Also definitely try redownloading v2, it will be a much more intuitive and accurate experience. 158 charges, 525 modifiers set on a per-charge basis, and 356 enhancements also set per-charge. This makes a simple list of charges to funnel into more specific final charges using the modifiers and enhancement system that are all laid out in an easy to digest way for anyone who isn't a lawyer. Modifiers shape the charge and its severity, while enhancements add aggravating factors that increase the court’s treatment of the case. This results in authentic New York punishments (jail/fine) for charges built through an immersive legal system. It really doesn't get any more New York than that.

You know what's worse than Florida Man? Booking him under the wrong statute. Sunshine State JusticeA Florida State Overhaul for pdCompSunshine State Justice is a complete Florida overhaul for pdComp built around current Florida law, practical patrol use, and believable court outcomes. The focus was not simply adding as many charges and citations as possible. The overhaul is built around a cleaner system that lets one base charge adapt to the facts of the incident, while still covering the situations that actually come up during LSPDFR patrol. Charges That AdaptSunshine State Justice makes extensive use of custom modifiers and enhancements instead of filling the charge list with separate versions of the same offense. Start with the underlying charge, then apply the facts that matter. Modifiers describe what happened and can change how the charge is classified or treated — victim status, injury, weapon involvement, drug type or quantity, protected persons, and other offense-specific circumstances. Enhancements are kept separate for additional court and sentencing consequences such as habitual-offender status, prison-releasee status, gang involvement, and other qualifying factors. The result is a shorter, cleaner charge list that still supports a wide range of arrest situations. More Than a Charge ListThose selections are not just labels. Where applicable, modifiers can change the resulting severity, tier, statute, felony classification, court weight, and other charge data. Enhancements remain separate so court and sentencing factors do not have to be baked into duplicate charge entries. This gives pdComp more useful information to work with while keeping the player-facing side straightforward. Traffic EnforcementThe citation system received the same attention behind the scenes. Florida citations include details such as: driver-license points representative real-world fine amounts moving vs. nonmoving treatment correctable equipment violations mandatory court appearances where required repeat-offense consequences Criminal traffic offenses stay on the arrest side instead of being duplicated as ordinary citations. Broad Patrol CoverageThe overhaul is designed around the situations that actually come up in LSPDFR. Violent offenses, theft, burglary, weapons, drugs, DUI and vehicle crimes, public-order offenses, traffic enforcement, equipment violations, documentation issues, motorcycles, pedestrians, commercial vehicles, and Florida-specific roadway rules are all represented. The goal is broad coverage without turning the menu into a statute book. Court OutcomesThe court personnel system was also rebuilt for Florida, with fictional judges, prosecutors, and defense counsel using balanced outcome biases and sentencing tendencies. Different personnel can influence pleas, dismissals, convictions, acquittals, and sentencing without making any one combination feel predetermined. Detailed Without Being OverwhelmingThe player-facing workflow stays simple: Select the base charge. Add the facts. Apply any enhancements. The more detailed legal and court logic stays in the background where it belongs. Authentic where it counts, streamlined where it should be. ... only in Florida. -
Policing Redefined
This is, of course, the best experience in LSPDFR. Everything working together makes it feel intended and intuitive. The evidence found on people linking directly into pdComp's charges system, which in turn results in higher fees/jail sentences makes it feel worthwhile rather than strictly RP.

Living Los Santos
This is an awesome one-stop solution to populate the city streets and sidewalks. Much easier to use and more intuitive to setup than some other similar mods.

More Fire
Honestly, goated plugin. The fire turns into a slow burn that crawls across surfaces. Much better than vanilla behavior. Working great on enhanced.

pdComp - Police Computer
I've tried a few of the different CAD systems, this one is just the right balance between detail and utility. It's not countless fields to arbitrarily fill in, it's done in a very streamlined manner that just feels right and actually fun to use instead of getting in the way.

In New York, there’s a right way, a wrong way, and probably a statute for both. Welcome to Empire State Justice. Empire State JusticeA New York State Overhaul for pdCompEmpire State Justice replaces the default charge, citation, and court-personnel data with a gameplay-focused system built around New York State law. The goal is simple: make arrests, traffic stops, citations, and court outcomes feel distinctly New York without turning your MDT into a law-school textbook. Charges That AdaptCharges are built around recognizable offenses rather than endless lists of nearly identical variants. Select the underlying offense, then use custom charge-specific modifiers to reflect the actual facts of the arrest. Depending on the charge, modifiers can account for things like: weapons injury severity victim status property value repeat conduct drug weight vehicle involvement age differences location prior convictions statutory aggravating circumstances Those selections can change the applicable statute, offense classification, tier, and court treatment behind the scenes. More Than a Charge ListEmpire State Justice makes extensive use of pdComp’s modifier and enhancement systems so cases can react to what actually happened. Modifiers handle factual variations and New York’s statutory degree structure. Enhancements handle qualifying offender status and other sentencing considerations without cluttering the main charge list. The result is fewer redundant entries while still allowing substantially different cases to produce substantially different outcomes. Traffic EnforcementThe citation system is built around New York traffic and field enforcement rather than generic ticket categories. It includes: speeding with school-zone and work-area treatment traffic-control and right-of-way violations equipment and Fix-It violations licensing, registration, insurance, and inspection collision and reporting violations pedestrian and bicycle enforcement commercial vehicle enforcement parking and standing violations DWAI alcohol cannabis violations underage alcohol enforcement public-conduct violations Fish & Game enforcement Points, representative fines, correctability, and appearance requirements are tailored to the underlying New York offense while keeping the menu practical during actual patrol. Broad Patrol CoverageThe overhaul is designed around situations you are likely to encounter while actually playing LSPDFR: traffic stops, pursuits, assaults, domestics, thefts, burglaries, robberies, weapons calls, narcotics, DWI, crashes, pedestrian incidents, resisting arrests, public disorder, fraud, cybercrime, wildlife enforcement, animal cruelty, vice calls, fare evasion, and more. The point is not to include every obscure statute New York has ever written. It is to make sure that when a believable callout happens, there is usually a believable New York charge or citation waiting for you. Court OutcomesA custom New York court-personnel roster adds variation to what happens after booking. Judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, public defenders, assigned counsel, private attorneys, and self-represented defendants all have different tendencies affecting: convictions pleas dismissals acquittals sentencing The differences are intentionally restrained so personnel matter without overpowering the seriousness of the underlying case. Detailed Without Being OverwhelmingEmpire State Justice is built for people who want more legal authenticity without needing to memorize the New York Penal Law. You should be able to recognize the offense you want, select the facts that matter, and keep playing. The statutes, classifications, modifiers, citation logic, and court data do the heavier lifting underneath. Authentic New York. Built for patrol. Designed for pdComp. ...I'm walkin' here. -
Weapon Sound Pack | SP | | FIVEM |
I had to revert some files in my LSPDFR installation and noticed my weapons sounded normal again. I gotta say, I rushed back to get this pack again because it's been the best I've found so far.

Vanilla DLS Config
Very nice, all addon cars were crashing my game so this really helped me out. I'm fine using vanilla cars but just wanted more lighting control. This was perfect. Great job.
