This is a fictional "Liberty Police" 2012 Dodge Charger texture. Constructive criticism is welcome. This looks best if you use and ENB (Which I used) and looks best if the car is cleaned without any dirt. Ok so I exported "Emerglights.png" and opened it up in Photoshop and then i'm not sure what to do from there, this is what it looks like below. So what do I change here? Thanks

I want to change this 2012 Dodge Charger in this pack http://www.gta-modding-chest.com/database/111-liberty-city-police-department-pack-charger-cvpi-tahoe-els/index.html to red and blue instead of clear. Can anybody tell me how to do that? Thank you.

For the top text where it says "Mundelein" or the bottom text where it says "Police"?

Hi there, since you said that you're taking model requests, I have one. I was wondering if you could make this CVPI in the pictures, its a Mundelein, Illinois police car. In Emergency 4, LA Mod 2.1, I want to slow down how fast fires spread/grow. I don't know how to though and I have looked around but couldn't find out. Thanks for any help.
