Have you added an exception for your Grand Theft Auto V folder in Windows Defender (or whichever antivirus you use)? If not, please do so. After that, reinstall LSPDFR manually. Also, make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security). Restart your computer and let me know if it works. (If it still doesn't work, try removing LA Roads and RCA, then let me know if it's working).

I’m not familiar with Coastal Callouts since I’ve never installed it myself. Did you install it correctly? Did you follow all the required steps? You could double-check the installation or reinstall it. The last update for this callout was on August 7, 2022, so it might not work properly anymore — or at all — because of the many updates since then.

You can disable them one by one to see if the crash still occurs. There’s nothing showing up in the log. If it still happens, rename the mods folder to _mods and see if it still crashes.

Update required: CompuLite, StopThePed, UltimateBackup. Unstable plugins: Section136Callouts. Update GTAV. Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder, then verify game files.
