You may be experiencing an issue while RAGEPluginHook is hooking to GTAV. Please load GTAV story mode without RAGEPluginHook, then launch RAGEPluginHook once you are in-game. Tell me if it works.

Have you installed Heap Adjuster, Packfile Adjuster, and Resource Adjuster? If not, make sure to install them.

ALPRPlus is known to be unstable on newer GTA updates. You can try to completely reinstall it, but if it keeps crashing, it's better to replace it with a more stable alternative like Compulite.

Don't forget to add an exception for the Grand Theft Auto V folder in Windows Defender or whatever antivirus you use, and make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has full permissions. (Properties > Security) And don't forget to update Script Hook V as well.

Install the Modding DLC Pack V and OpenIV. Download the mod and extract the files using WinRAR. Open OpenIV and select GTA V for Windows. These plugins might be causing your crashes: SceneManager, EasyLoadoutContinued, RadioRealismFR, and VisualProbableCause. Try without Easy Loadout Continued and let me know if it works. I recommend using Enable All Interiors since it is updated frequently. Make sure the folder is named "scripts" with a lowercase "s" and not a capital "S".
