its not enb its liberty timecycle v3 by fabriciuz http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/liberty-timecycle-3-f17845...i love it has the look of enb without draining your computer has a few bugs though but v4 will be coming out soon sometime this month which he said hell fix the bugs -
this would be very useful for lcpdfr and i wish rockstar had more safehouses and property you could buy in iv....awesome halfta try it later

nice it doesnt have to be a 2011 one but would still be very cool to see it remade and i think youd make it look even closer to it i think they are leds?

i never really understood the rep system i never used it and i could careless how many positive rep points i get doesnt mean a damn thing to me good to see it gone...i see it as more of an ego booster

i really do hope some of these ideas get implemented into rc3 it would be ground breaking it gets boring doing the same old 5 calls...would be cool to merge breaveheart script into this
