i know what your problem is...i had this problem few days ago and figured it out....you have to switch the d3d9.dll file to a different one...use neolux d3d9 or game4video's

use traffic load then you will get all 85 cars in the game traffic flow....only 20

no crashes for me either so far...was suprised

look on youtube for lag spikes or stuttering problems suggestions for gta iv and try them thats what i did to minimize it when i had that problem theres a bunch of useful info out there or try commandlines

yeah xbox controller is alot easier there is a bunch of shit you have to do in order to get ps3 working for the pc...xbox 360 you just plug it in and its ready to go then get xpadder to map els aim button or whatever you wana map onto the controller

optional black wheels would be nice makes it look more like a police car

i know...ive known about this for a year...i just meant more enb looking not really bloomy.....that glowing look...ive gotten close to that by changing the els textures but still doesnt quite give that glowing effect

would have to be my department very small lol...they just got a new fleet of ford taurus replacing the crown vics i took the pic today i seen it in the parking lot and got a quick snapshot...the sheriff and state troopers mostly use the chargers

i would highly recomend msi afterburner to record videos its free and doesnt lag like bandicam you can record for however long you want btw why are you playing as niko? lol
