I had something similar happen, it was because I had modded cars saved in my parking space. I've also had a few saved games do something like this, I just deleted them and started over and it pretty much fixed it.

I'm going to give this a try. Thanks for spreading the word about this. Also, has anyone noticed an increase in performance (fps, less lag in certain plaices), even if its miniscule?

Oh I can use it JUST fine. I just didn't want to put the time into doing so. I would rather just use ELS v5 because it's drag and drop ready. I'm just not very tech savvy. I know, there's a guide, it's simple, bluh bluh. What it all boils down to was it's an opinion. If you don't like it, ignore it.

I personally hate ELS V7. Not a fan of it at all and think i'll be using v6. Not willing to put the time in to config it and everything. Also, who's brilliant idea was it to disable police vehicles by default in the .ini file? Like really?

exe will automatically install the mod. zip you will have to open with winrar, extract the files, and place the contents of it in the correct folders.

EDIT: I tryed out Open IV, I didn't even know there was anything else besides Spark IV. It works, thread can be deleted. Well. I download one of bxbugs123s cars, his newest one (by newest i mean today.) a 2010 Charger. It's actually quite gorgeous.. anyway.. I'm not completely new to this, I've been kind of making my own half ass skins for my own use for about 2-3 weeks now, and well. This is the first time I've ever gotten this error while trying to import a texture. I don't really understand why this is happening, I mean.. If he intended on the cars textures not being messed with, why include a template and a tutorial in a .txt file on how to import skins? lol
