To be quite honest with you, I don't think you can downgrade. Just uninstall and get the desired patch you want.

I have no problem with it. It's straight from the ground, It's not a dangerous high and It can be used to treat a plethora of diseases/Illnesses. It does however need to be very regulated. Teens shouldn't be able to just get their hands on it.

Blame the parents. This is their fault. 1, A fucking fire arm shouldn't be accessible to a 8 year old. 2, The game is rated M for mature, why is your child playing one of the most violent games on the market? This is why I don't approve of parents buying their children M rated games. It kind of feels like the world is full of morons sometimes.
