  1. You're right. i'll leave it open, but obviously, if it gets heated i'll request it to be locked as anyone should. I played hockey for 3 years, and one of the rules were if you had a problem with a player, you could push and grab but not throw punches, and anyone who does follow the NHL, would know the NHL has been trying for some time now to end the violence in the game, lol. I love me a good hockey fight, my favorite fight ever was emery vs holtby. that shit was the best!
  2. This is really cool. Can't wait until its complete.
  3. nah, asking to have a mod close this, because I have a feeling it could end up being a hostile argument, lol. I try to avoid that. I'm all fine with a fight in an nhl game, those guys are payed for that, but these guys are police and firefighters, at a charity event, I just didn't think it was a great idea to do under the circumstances.
  4. Alright, I'm just going to request a mod to close this topic, it was a pointless. I've been playing hockey for years now, didn't think this was a cool thing to do at a fucking charity event. @any mod out there, close this.
  5. A fight started because of a bad hit, or a cheap shot is totally fine. A bench to bench brawl is completely different. There isn't a single NHl, AHL, CHL official that would say bench to bench brawls are part of hockey. edit: Also, the main reason I was upset about this, was because they were police officers and firefighters, at a charity event. They weren't NHL players at an NHL game.
  6. This is disgusting. I'm a hockey fan, have been my whole life, and i have never been so angry about a hockey related fight. This was a NYPD vs FDNY, thats right, New York city police department and New York City fire department. With the score tied 3-3 they decided it would be a great idea to start an all out brawl, every player from each bench fighting. The reason why I am expressing disgust, is because this was a charity game, with TONS of kids in the audience. These men are supposed to be heroes, and setting an example for young hockey fans. video: TSN article with more video: http://www.tsn.ca/ba...d=448540&cid=fb What do you guys think?
  7. At first I thought, "Oh, just another liberty." But I actually love this lighting set up. 4/5
  8. Yes. I assumed they stopped using them. That picture was taken 5 years ago. Also, they stopped producing them in 2006.
  9. Well, step 1 would be finding out if your mobo/power supply were compatible. If you find that information, we can go from there. your power supply should say on it somewhere how many watts it is. (You probably need about 500-550 watts to be safe) Your motherboard would have to have a PCIE x16 slot. You can find images on google on what that would look like, or, i think theres a program called CPU-Z that will read and display everything you need to know about your computer. edit. I'm not a pc expert my self, last year I upgraded my Power supply, and graphics card. I have a Asus GTX 660 directcu II OC 2GB and a 625w coolermaster PSU.
  10. I think he wants ELS lights to look like they would with an ENB, but without one. as far as i know, it isn't really possible with out having an ENB. A lot would have to change for your lights to look nice and pretty.
  11. Sorry, re-read my previous post. I edited and added in some information.
  12. Have you enabled the ELS on the vehicles in the ELS config file in your directory? Go to your directory, find the "ELS" configuration, open it and scroll down, find Status and set it to on "Status = on" You may have to do this for every vehicle you want to have ELS enabled on. If you still have any problems, there is a manual that would have come with the download.
  13. Very interesting. Wonder if someone has/ever will make one of these one day.
  14. Well said. I must admit, I kind of like it.
  15. Oh wow. I just googled it and found: This is so different to me.
  16. I guess it does say "traffic enforcement" on the vehicle. lol
  17. Yeah, when I read that it was a stealth unit I kind of laughed.
  18. I was just browsing Policecanada.org and saw this monstrosity. What the.. fuck? Ever seen this before? If so, do you know what its called? I kind of like it, but its also really ugly at the same time.
  19. Best bet is to replace the files you think you messed up with the originals, or reinstall the game.
  20. Heres the car - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=460
  21. The ped I'm not sure about, but that looks like Simple Native Trainer, and the car is one of bxbuggs cars, I would link it to you, but GPM is down currently.
  22. It's not to to bad, You can improve on the colors, the "Allentown Police" should be in all caps. Also the lines should be higher up and the size should be worked out. It can be improved upon, but good job for your first texture.
  23. Pretty damn good, I'm sure a ton of people will love and get a lot of use out of this. Nice job.
  24. Summer. I love waking up super early on a summer morning, watching the sun come up and drinking a cup of some good good coffee. then i take off my pants and furiously masturbate.
