LSPDFR doesn't specifically rely or "detect" any mods inside your mods folder. What mods have you installed?

The location display is SimpleHud. The "Status: Available" is apart of Grammar Police.

If you have trainer V or something similar, disable the trainers "Everyone Ignore Player" / "Cops Ignore Player" setting. There is an ongoing issue with the latest version of Trainer V that causes the trainers ini settings to not save. If you find this happening, downgrade to an older version or remove it until it's fixed. Note that downgrading to an older version can make some parts of the trainer not work such as weather control.

You can use it without a mic if you use the handheld radio, yes.

You are missing DamageTrackerLib. Also, inside plugins/LSPDFR/GrammarPolice/grammar/en-GENERIC there is an invalid conifguation. Remove close road.xml and roadblock.xml

I notice a few problems here. Firstly, TrafficYieldPlugin is missing required files. Make sure you install all the files correctly. Secondly, go to GTA/LSPDFR/lspdfr.ini and change the following: Compulite also needs to be updated.

Make sure you have the latest RAGENativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases

Have you tried re installing ragepluginhook? It won't be one of the plugins causing it because they haven't even loaded.
