This is a skin pack inspired by the New Orleans PD. New Orleans is replaced with Los Santos and Louisiana with San Andreas keeping the pack lore friendly.
There is a K9 skin for both the Charger and the Explorer, also there is a breast cancer awareness october skin for the Explorer.

I've been recently learning how to create textures and have been re-creating some textures from real departments and I've started with Louisiana State Police as It's pretty simple! Includes full interior equipment.

If you dont install the vehicles.meta line then the lightbar glass on the Tahoe will be dark.

to make the spotlights work i had to move the dummy on top of the driver seats, therefore when at a distance looking into the car you may see something like this

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This is a vehicle livery and EUP set for the Paleto Bay Police Department.  It is modeled after the Crookston PD in Minnesota.  I have included the Class A, B, C, and Turtleneck uniform shirts, pants, ball cap, and jackets.  These are textures only just change them out in your EUP folder for whichever uniform slot you want.  If you need help I am sure there are lots of Youtube videos.  I also included a 2021, and 2020 FPIU and 2020 Tahoe livery.  Those are the vehicles we use in the department.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. This is an update to my old NYPD pack. Included are 17 vehicles, five unmarked and 12 marked. Thanks to the expertise and generosity of Nwaps, I've been able to make this pack as accurate as possible with some exceptions. You'll generally find high accuracy in the lightbar choices and setups, liveries, interiors, and more. At the same time, this is still a Los Santos PD (i.e., lore-friendly) pack, so some creative liberties have been taken with accuracy when I was unable to implement something. I do request that you don't review based solely on accuracy, but instead leave a comment to make me aware of any significant inaccuracies.
 
This pack features functional highrisers on the 2018 and 2006 highway patrol Chargers (police21 and police22 respectively). To use them, open the trunk and hood in a trainer. The 2011 highway patrol CVPI (police12) does not have a functional highriser due to ELS limitations.

If you ask someone what the golden era of police cars was, they'll probably answer the 90s with the Vapid Stanier, but before than, Declasse had the market grabbed all for itself with the Impaler LX, a car the size of a small room and the aerodynamics of a brick. But the problem began in 1993 when Vapid presented their Stanier, the begging of a legend in law enforcement, and Declasse didn't want to stay behind so they came up with the fourth generation of the Impaler, more aerodynamic, bigger even and another iconic police car in the ranks of the LSPD, specially amongst CRASH officers. In any case, these two lasted way more than they should've but in some places they are still kicking
 
This is a pack consisting on police versions of the Impaler LX and the Impaler SZ from the latest update. In principle they were gonna be standalone packs but since there was no point on being separated I put them together in a somewhat big pack. This is meant to replace my old <a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/declasse-brigham-police-cruiser-minipack-addon">Brigham pack</a> since that model is now redundant with the introduction of the Impaler LX. I might even delete it. Anyway I hope you love this pack as much as I loved making it

San Andreas Highway Patrol Minipack, vehicles that should be in megapack, but i don't want to keep them on my disk for another year, so i decided to release them, pack will be updated when any bug will be found, or when i finish another vehicles.

INSTALLATION:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder
4. Move the provided folder inside: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Open it and add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:\barysahp\
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.

Comeback of legendary carpack is finally happened! The pack includes best of 1940's and 1950's law enforcement and other emergency cars, along with taxis: American LaFrance 600 Series 1946, Ford Super DeLuxe 1947, Ford DeLuxe Fordor 1949, Jeep Willys Wagon 1950 (yes, we have real offroader here), Ford Mainline 1953, Chevrolet 150 1955, Plymouth Savoy 1957 and Chevrolet Apache 1958. Speaking about agencies, pack includes LSPD, BCSO, LSSD, LSFD, LSCoFD, BCoFD units and Downtown Cab Co. taxis. Totally, 30 of various vehicles.

In video mentioned that this mod originally was released in paid early access, but now this period is over, mod is free and got lot of updates.
Except the period, key difference of this pack from my previous packs - radically simplified installation, according to community survey, usage of replace method was refused, and this is key aspect of simple installation. Basic installation of mod is same like any other added car mod for V.

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "C3 BCSO Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/C3 BCSO Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Thank you for looking into my Chicago Police Department Vehicle Pack. This has been an ongoing project of mine for the last year and I am happy to say that 10 out of the expected 12 vehicles are complete. New to the fleet as of 06/12/2024 is the unmarked 2011 Crown Victoria PI and the unmarked 2014 Chevy Tahoe PPV. I hope to include the last two vehicles, both being with the Federal Signal Legend lightbar here in the near future, but I am unsure if it will 100% happen. However, I am planning on releasing more 'Chicago' based vehicles in the future. 
While I tried my best to give y’all the most accurate Chicago Police vehicles, they are not 1:1 replicas of real life. There is only so much I can do from looking at pictures along with not living in the city nor the state, I had no way of receiving better pictures than what I saw online and what people sent me. However, these vehicles are much more accurate than the older versions and I strived on being as close to accurate as I could. Furthermore, lighting patterns, equipment, setups, etc. may be off from the in real life model. If you are interested in helping with any of those, please contact me! 🙂
