Real Pursuit AI is a police pursuit behaviour enhancement for GTA V, designed to make pursuits feel controlled, believable, and stable — without aggressive, erratic, or chaotic AI driving.
Rather than reinventing pursuits, Real Pursuit AI refines them. The mod focuses entirely on how police units behave once a chase is underway, ensuring it feels like a natural evolution of vanilla behaviour, not a disruptive overhaul. It is built from the ground up to shine during long chases and extended play sessions, while remaining fully compatible with LSPDFR.

⚠️ Technical Warning: Traffic Control & Towing Physics
If you are playing Vehicle in Ditch callouts or any scenario involving a Tow Truck, please read the following:
Avoid using the "Stop Traffic" feature from the Police Redefined menu.
The Issue: When you use the PR menu to stop traffic, it "freezes" the AI vehicles in place. Since the vehicle to be towed is part of the traffic pool, its physics also become frozen.
The Result: The Tow Truck will struggle to interact with a frozen object. This often leads to the cable unhooking, the truck glitching out, or the vehicle refusing to move despite being hooked.
Recommended Solution: Please manage traffic manually using your police cruiser. Using your vehicle to block the road keeps the game’s physics engine active, ensuring the Tow Truck can hook and pull the target vehicle smoothly.

Julian Tillman reacted to AWT for a file, More Immersive Voices for 'NewsHeli by Yasd'This modification replaces the woman who speaks with a british accent at the start and end of chases with an american accent male or female (cause well, Los Santos is in the US), and removes mention of real life News names and replaces them with the in-lore "Weazel News". It also adds a helicopter noise in the background of the voicelines.
This mod only changes the audios, not the rest of the mod, please make a back up first just in case!

Installation:
Choose only either Erick (male voice) or Angela (female voice)
Paste the "lspdfr" folder inside your GTA V directory where the GTA5.exe is. Click "Replace" when asked to.

This is my first official LSPDFR callout, adapted from a FiveM concept to bring the realism of ShotSpotter technology to single-player patrols. The ShotSpotter system uses acoustic sensors to detect and triangulate gunfire locations across the city, dispatching officers to investigate possible shootings.
When responding to a ShotSpotter alert, you will arrive in a defined search area where shots were detected. The outcome of each call is randomized for a more dynamic and unpredictable patrol experience.
Features
Each ShotSpotter activation can result in one of the following outcomes:
Flee on Arrival – The suspect flees immediately upon your arrival.
Engage on Arrival – The suspect begins firing as soon as you approach.
Fired in the Air – The suspect is located and has discharged a firearm into the air.
Shoot Player then Flee – The suspect engages briefly, then runs from the scene.
False Alarm – No suspect is located, indicating a false detection or someone who fled prior to your arrival.
INI Configuration
An included .ini file allows full customization of callout behavior, including:
Adjusting the probability of each possible outcome.
Forcing specific outcomes for testing or preference.
Modifying search radius, scene timing, and other response settings.

A crash has been reported by some users on GTA V Legacy build 1.0.3788.0, mainly when loading into the world with newer ScriptHookVDotNet nightly builds.
The reports are pointing to the same SHVDN siren detection path:
SHVDN.NativeMemory+Vehicle.HasSiren
Because Real Traffic AI checks nearby vehicles for emergency siren behaviour, this can trigger the unstable SHVDN call path on affected setups.
To keep things stable, the next Real Traffic AI update will disable this siren-checking path instead of relying on constantly changing SHVDN memory updates.
A hotfix will be released this weekend.
This may temporarily reduce emergency vehicle yielding behaviour, but the main Real Traffic AI systems will remain active.
Stability comes first. 🚦
Also please delete RealTrafficAI.dll and RealTrafficAI.ini (do not have both files as this will lead to crashes) new file must say Real Traffic AI.dll and Real Traffic AI.ini

Civilian traffic can now respond more believably to nearby emergency vehicles with active sirens, including safer yielding and pull-over behaviour where appropriate.
This system has been tuned to feel more natural without forcing traffic into constant panic or creating unnecessary crashes around emergency scenes.
Emergency yielding is designed to support LSPDFR-style gameplay by helping traffic react more realistically when police, fire, or EMS vehicles need room to move.

V2.0 includes improved road-speed classification so traffic can behave more appropriately depending on the type of road.
Drivers should now feel more controlled in slower city areas while remaining more confident on larger roads and freeways.

Real Traffic AI V2.0 includes several stability and performance-focused improvements.
The update system has been made more controlled to reduce unnecessary traffic processing, especially in dense city areas where GTA V can already be under heavy load.
V2.0 also includes safer startup handling, including a grace period after loading into the world, helping reduce crash pressure during the first moments of gameplay.
The mod is designed to be lighter, safer, and more stable than earlier builds while still improving traffic behaviour in noticeable ways.

Real Traffic AI V2.0 includes a cleaner configuration layout than older versions.
The INI allows traffic behaviour, performance, and feature settings to be adjusted depending on your setup and preference.
Default settings are designed to provide a stable and balanced experience for most users.
If you are running a heavily modded LSPDFR setup, it is recommended to start with the default settings first before making major changes.

Real Traffic AI V2.0 is designed to work alongside LSPDFR and most common script-based realism setups.
Because GTA V traffic is controlled by many different systems at once, compatibility can vary depending on your full mod list.
For best results:
Avoid using multiple mods that aggressively control the exact same civilian traffic behaviour
Test with default Real Traffic AI settings first
Keep ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet updated
Use stable versions of LSPDFR and related plugins
Check your log file if something behaves unexpectedly

This mod will change some of the cover animations to NPC style.
It also includes other changes to the cover idle animation, intro, outro, and weapon holding animations.
Options include changing the shooting stance and action mode animations for police attribute peds.
This mod is an improved, reworked version of the AI Cover Animations I posted a long time ago.
In addition, with the help of Wolf Fire Modz, several new features have been added.
Also, I've changed all installations to OIV format to improve the complexity of the installation process that was pointed out in previous versions.

Installation:
0. It is recommended to make a backup of update.rpf before installing this mod.
1. install 0.Core.oiv.
Notes:
This mod will replace peds.ymt, pedpersonality.ymt, combattasks.ymt, and weaponanimations.meta. So it is not compatible with other mods that modify these files.
How to make it compatible with AI Cover, Taunts, & Idle Animations by Wolf Fire Modz is described separately.
2. install options if necessary.
The following is a description of the function of the options.
0. New weapon holding animation
This option is included in Core and changes the holding animation of two-handed weapons to a more realistic one.
Some weapons are not implemented due to the position of the hands in the animation.
To remove this, use option 4 oiv.
1. New shooting stance
This option enables the shooting stance in stealth mode at all times.
Affected weapons are
Pistol, Combat Pistol, Pistol MK2, Ceramic Pistol, Stungun
Carbine Rifle, Carbine Rifle MK2.
2. New action mode
This option changes the animation of the sprints during combat (Action Mode).
(Trevor will be affected by this option regardless of whether it is enabled or not, as it modifies a portion of Trevor's action mode animation).
3. New shooting stance + action mode
This option installs both options 1 and 2.
4. Remove new weapon holding animations
This option removes the new weapon retention animation included in Core.
To remove all options, run "Uninstaller of all options.oiv".
Notes:
"1. for police peds only" will only change the animations of police peds such as s_m_y_cop_01, s_f_y_cop_01, etc.
"2. for police peds + mp freemode characters" will change the animations of police peds and EUP characters such as mp_m_freemode_01, mp_f_freemode_01.
If you want to uninstall this mod, please run "NPC Cover Animations Uninstaller.oiv" and then delete NPCCover from dlclist.xml manually!
How to make it compatible with AI Cover, Taunts, & Idle Animations by Wolf Fire Modz:
0.Download his mod from 5mods.
1.mods\upload\x64\dlcpacks\NPCCover\dlc.rpf\x64\anim\ingame\clip_cover@.rpf\.
2. Place all the files of the mods x64c.rp \anim\ingame\clip_cover@.rpf\ included in his mod. You can overwrite the original files(be sure to rewrite combattasks.ymt. Otherwise, the cover strafe will not work correctly).
3. Install all files except peds.ymt and pedpersonality.ymt from his mod.
If you want to run the SWAT strafe with a specific character, change the personality in peds.ymt to "swat".

Credits for all the parts and vehicles are in the credits, if I missed anybody please let me know so I can fix them. All vehicles have a marked, slicktop/ghost, and K9 version. These vehicles also come with realistic spotlights, more info in the Instructions.
Instructions
Installation:
- in order to install the pack you must first navigate to your dlc packs folder.
- after you find you dlc packs folder, place the folder "BCSO" in the dlc packs folder
- next navigate to the dlc list, once you find it you must "edit" it, place "<Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO/</Item>" in between paths and the first item entry
- you will need to delete you sheriff and sheriff2 entries in your vehilce meta and carvarations, if you do not delete the sheriff
and sheriff2 entries in the vehilce meta you will not be able to use the spotlight.
- Place the vcf's in your pack default

Mega Pack BASED on the Phenix City Police Dept in Phenix City AL. I completely redone this back from the ground up. See below for a tutorial on how to install the .dlc portion by GAMING4LIFE. Obviously the car pack in the video isn't mine, but the steps are the same. There is a readme included. READ IT.... There is information in it that will help with the install as well as a few tips to improve gameplay quality. Due to the number of cars in this pack I suggest using ultimate backup as well as something like Jurisdiction+ so you can use the pack to its full potential (like the ability to have all cars included patrolling and responding to backup). It can be a process but you can have more than just police, police2, and police3 patrolling randomly.
This pack will require a Custom Game config and pack file/heap adjuster. They are available on gta5-mods. Google will take you right to them

This mod adds fully scratch made polo shirts for GTA V and FiveM. All models were created by Hanako with clean textures, proper LODs, blood mapping, and other optimizations.

IT IS NOT A FUSION.
There are currently six vehicles in this pack, which is a stark contrast to what my previous projects have had. There will be one more update to include a few more modern HEVs. like the Toyota Prius, Ford F150 PowerBoost hybrid, and Ford Police Interceptor Utility hybrid.
I was pressed for time and money to acquire the others that I wanted, like the Ford Mustang Mach E and the Toyota RAV4 Prime, so those will not be included in the update.

GRIDWATCH utilizes every traffic light in the world as a multi-functional ALPR and Shot-Detection "camera".
FEATURES
This system uses Common Data Framework (CDF) as the backbone, centralizing all data with it. This allows seamless compatibility with mods that also use CDF to pull vehicle data, like Reports+, Riskier Traffic Stops, or Policing Redefined.
Uses every rendered traffic light as a camera around the player.
Detects the plates of vehicle driving through intersections in real-time.
Integrates with CDF.
Supports modular expansion.

DISCLAIMERS (PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING!)
CDF's default chancing value is quite high, meaning GRIDWATCH will alert you way too often out of the box. You'll almost certainly want to lower your detection chance in the CDF INI for a more realistic experience.
>ALL Bejolio's mods are incompatible. Do not ask about compatibility with StopThePed, Ultimate Backup, CompuLite, ALPR Lite, etc.<

If you're experiencing "spam" from the ALRP alerts, there's a few things you can do to combat that. After tweaking with it, you should almost certainly be able to get it exactly where you want it, but under the hood GRIDWATCH is entirely honest, so the only thing that can be done about spam is to tweak the CDF settings (mentioned above), and tweak the GRIDWATCH settings (mentioned below):
RAISE the ScanInterval in the INI, it is in Milliseconds (MS), so 1s = 1000ms
LOWER the ReadChance in the INI, this is the chance that a plate will actually be successfully scanned.
LOWER the MaxCamerasPerScan, this is the max amount of cameras that will be polled each scan

- Really sorry to disappoint you but different animations are custom made, i have no skills with making custom animations and no developer was yet helpful enough to provide me with their animations, if you know a developer of LSPDFR and/or Cop Holster, Tell them it would be really appreciated if they helped out, if not, you have to wait till i learn animating and make my custom ones (will take a long time cuz of school).
