are you still having an issue with the game?

Hello moderators. I have tried downloading three different files and each time it keep coming up with the error message I attached. Is there perhaps a fix to this that you guys can do? I will try downloading again later on, just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Albo1125: I just want to make everyone aware that it is advisable not to update to the latest GTA V and RPH until all modifications have been updated. For a start, my modifications will not work on the new update until I update them.

then post that on the script hook website.  the folks here aren't in charge of script hook.  Only thing I could think of would be to try to remove the old version as well..  or perhaps script hook isn't updated yet either.

I have been poking around different sites and forums including this site for CPR Mods or add-ons. The only CPR mod I found was on GTA V mod site which ended up not working or lagging my game. I was wondering if a plugin was in the works or would LSPDFR integrate a way to preform CPR. Maybe similar to what we saw in LCPDFR? Any feedback is welcomed!

Me being a Sophomore in HS i see this all the time. I can see why you want to know. I personally don't sag , maybe a little but i don't go overboard like alot of people do. but that's it. In high school people are just trying to fit in. Alot of people say it comes from prison meaning i want to have a butt buddy, other people say this might be a sign of an alpha male in a gang. Another reason they sagged in prison was the lack of belts. They didn't want them to kill them self while serving in jail so they took them away. This dragged out into hip hop cultures over those years of it originating in jail. Young males saw rappers doing it and then the sagging culture was made. People say its gay to sag but its not. Gays do it, str8, bi, you name it. Teens in HS think of it as having swag or being cool. Some teens just do it to fit in. Point is, if you want to express your self by doing it go for it, just don't over do it. Just do it around friends or at school. I can see it being rude to do it at formal events but not with friends. Dont be discourage over what other people think of you. If you have any other question just shoot me a PM:).

I think that the ability to perform CPR on peds should be brought back.  It's kind of annoying to call the paramedics and have them destroy everything in their path just to revive your partner or another injured person.

As of now, only functions listed under "Police Department" and "Extras" work, other will be added soon. 
 
To add a call for the police, mouse over "Police Department", then click on "New Callout", and fill in the required fields. Once you click the submit button, it will be added to the call board. Same thing for Traffic Stops, but with slightly different criteria.

Hello LCPDFR fans, 
 
I've been assigned the project of coding something for the public domain to use as part of my computer science final. As I do most days, I turned on my LCPDFR for a taste of the action and the glory of policing the streets of Liberty City when I came to the idea of creating an interactive dispatch system for clans to use freely that would be used as an internet application for clan dispatchers to monitor calls, units, and their locations during a patrol. Now, before I set out to make something like this I was curious to get some common consensus or opinions on the idea, maybe some suggestions, too.
