I don't see how I came across as a dick, I was just suggesting that he either learn how to assemble his own or use one that is already assembled. Tons of people make requests here all the time, they usually never get filled. It's not like everybody just has an unlocked Raptor laying around that they can give to whomever they want. Another reason I worded it like that is because I believe he should have to work for something instead of it just being handed to him on a silver platter.

I'm pretty sure he won't be able to, he can run on medium at 30-40fps.

What is your budget? That build is ok, but I'm afraid it won't run GTA V too well.
