LSPD Skin for Granger - Skin by Yorpie This is a skin for the Granger, based on the real LAPD Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban. All police markings are from the game itself to retain the LSPD feeling. This is a skin for Lt. Caines Granger, so you have to download that first. http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8365-granger-default-type/ INSTALLATION Use OpenIV to open the file “update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf”. In the RPF file, find and replace the sheriff2.ytd with the one provided in the download. I highly recommend using the 'mods' folder so you don't overwrite the original game stuff. Good work on that Stanier. I like how you use the LASD slogan and textures, like the badge. I also like how we make the same type of mods (better LSSD) but each have a different approach, both with good looking results. Keep it up! -
Its a waiting game for the Granger, untill someone releases a mapped version of it. About the buffalo, I did make an LSSD skin but the vehicle itself is rather buggy so I'm also waiting for an update of it or a new version for which I'll also make both skins, unless people really want to see an LSPD skin for the Buffalo. Hmmm, did they really only touch the launcher? I installed a custom skin for the sheriff deputies, but they are not using it anymore. It is installed in the correct path and it shows correctly when previewing in OpenIV but ingame it doesn't. However ingame, the bulletproof vests do read 'sheriff' instead of 'police'. I'm really confused here.

I know, but people tend to make real police forces in the game. Personally I'm not a fan of having for example LAPD units in LS. I prefer sticking with the LSPD, because this is Los Santos. -
Looks good, would fit well in case someone makes a Michigan State Police pack.

Same here, first I made it rarely show up in the dispatch.meta file, but since this got released I included it as a main patrol car, the new skin really shows what a beauty she really is. -

How it should've been from the start. But I'm not complaining, happy that at least our patience has been rewarded :) -
Plan? The texture has already been made with the universal templates! Now someone just needs to make the Stanier mapped. Also have a skin for the Buffalo and the Granger :)

Oh god, first I forgot the screenshots, now the correct textures. Will be updated shortly. EDIT: Alright, directly extracted from the game so they will definitely be the right files now, sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you'll like the textures ingame! Have a fun game!

This is a simple texture mod for Century his templated Buffalo mod. It will add an LSSD texture to the car, which is based on the real LASD livery, but then with LSSD markings. As mentioned, this is a skin for an existing car mod, so the download features only the skin. If you haven't downloaded Century his car mod, you can find it here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8243-gta-v-sahp-buffalo-s/ I hope this skin is good enough, I made it with the original sheriff textures and used a couple of pictures of an LASD Dodge Charger SRT-8 to make it. I decided to replace the LASD their 'A Tradition Of Service' with the 'Obey And Survive' slogan since I've seen it painted on the walls inside the LSSD buildings. I wish those who download this skin a lot of joy with it.
