This pack will allow you to utilize all vehicles included with the Skys Texas packs. All vehicles are included in some way by form of special unit types and different
jurisdictions. As a bonus, the US Border Patrol and Unmarked packs are also included, along with Jank Modding's TXDPS 2023 RAM Classic and Mesquite PD Charger Pack. 
 
Special units are custom backup options which you can call for different types of situations/areas or for roleplaying purposes.
Local and SAHP HEAT and Offroad backup types.  Call in a supervisor whenever a karen demands it.  Commercial Vehicle Enforcement thru Texas DPS, and Grapeseed via McKinney PD.  Custom coded uniforms for LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, Plano PD, and McKinney PD. Enhance traffic control and AI behavior when you are responding to a call with your lights and siren active. MTFO aims to create a more realistic and immersive experience by making the AI drivers react in a more intelligent and 'human-like' way to your sirens, rather than swerving all over the place.
 
Disclaimer:
GTA AI is extremely temperamental, and you may encounter some edge cases and odd AI behavior; these issues will be addressed in later updates. Please report any problems 😁

Features:
Extensive customization of AI actions via the MTFO.ini file. Configuration is reloaded when going on/off duty.
Opticom Intersection Control: As you approach intersections with traffic lights, this feature will automatically turn the light green in your direction. This can be disabled via the EnableOpticom setting in the configuration file.
Intelligent Yielding: On highways, vehicles traveling in the same direction as you will switch lanes if they are blocking your path, if no lane is available they will attempt to come to a smooth stop on the wide of the road. They will attempt to find a safe space to pull over if you are in the furthermost right lane.
Oncoming Traffic Braking: Vehicles in the oncoming lane will slow down or come to a stop as you pass them on highways, rather than aggressively swerving. This is controlled by the EnableOncomingBraking setting.
Dynamic Intersection Clearing: When you are approaching a major intersection (with traffic lights or stop signs), cross-traffic will be instructed to stop, clearing the way for you without having to navigate around other vehicles. Toggled via EnableIntersectionControl.
Around Player Overtaking: When you are stopped, vehicles behind you will attempt to safely overtake your vehicle rather than getting stuck behind you. This is particularly useful during traffic stops or when you are stationary on a roadway for any reason. This is managed by the EnableAroundPlayerLogic setting.

With the update to v4, the custom yielding now primarily functions on freeways/highways to make yielding more realistic in these scenarios. Please do not use your old ini; replace it with the new one; it will not function properly with v4, as I have rewritten the majority of the codebase.

These Policing Redefined config files will allow you to utilize all vehicles in the 954 Pack to their fullest potential by allowing backup AI to respond driving them, and with proper uniforms.
Credit to AstroTriesModding for his EUP to UB conversion tool which makes making these configs a breeze.
 
Notable features in these configs:
Local and SAHP supervisors to respond whenever a Karen acts up.  SAHP HEAT units can be called for pursuit backup to keep up with suspects you aren't able to. A LifeFlight helicopter can be called to rescue victims an ambulance may not be able, or quick, enough to rescue. Dynamic patrol zones via customregions.xml allowing specially marked patrol vehicles to respond in that specific region, sometimes alongside another department.  
There are two versions to these configs:
The Free version, which covers all vehicles from the Free 954 Pack on FR and Modification Universe.
The Addon Version, which is the same as the above except this includes the Coroner and Prisoner Transport van from the RABBIT Development Patreon.

Either or is suggested as none of the vehicles in the 954 Pack replace vanilla vehicle slots, which means you will either see vanilla police vehicles or whatever previous vehicles you had installed in those slots spawn ambiently via LSPDFR itself. If this happens and it bothers you, you can do one of the two:
Copy and rename 954 pack vehicles to vanilla vehicle slots.
eg: POLICE, POLICE2, FBI, SHERIFF, etc.
or Find and use unmarked vehicles of your choice as replacers for vanilla vehicles. I suggest @Steve6645's unmarked vehicles as he has enough to cover ever vanilla vehicle slot and then some, and not all of them are natively addon.

- These configs were intended for use with EUP versions 9.7 or newer.  Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.2, etc.) will NOT work. 
- Bike Unit AI was rather buggy in my testing, especially in LS City Proper, driving too slow or sometimes brake checking me during pursuit. I believe this has to do with LSPDFR's pursuit AI behavior and I'm not sure how to adjust that. Let me know in my server if you experience anything similar.
  - The above issue seems to be specific to Ultimate Backup. In Policing Redefined, I did not encounter this issue. Quite the opposite, actually.

WindowControl gives you full manual control over your patrol car’s windows, bringing that extra layer of realism to your traffic stops and patrols. Each window can be rolled up or down with configurable keybinds, and the plugin includes optional smooth animations and a hidden feature that auto-lowers the driver window during traffic stops.

Place WindowControl.dll and WindowControl.ini into your Plugins folder inside GTA V’s root directory.
Launch GTA V with LSPDFR installed.
Go on duty — the plugin will automatically load.

Designed for compatibility with Stop The Ped, Grammar Police, Ultimate Backup, and other realism mods.
If you run into issues, enable DebugMode=true in the INI for detailed logs.

Simple plugin created for myself that limits vehicle speed, very useful for patrolling the lowlands!
The plugin automatically generates an INI file to configure the keys.
Default keys are:
Left Alt to toggle the speed limiter,
Numpad 9 and Numpad 3 to increase or decrease the speed.

The 954 Pack by @Rabbit GTA V Development, free and Patreon versions
 
I started by releasing configs for JCookGrime's mega packs in his Discord server, and now I am moving on to other packs in a public setting, that being Modification Universe.
 
These Ultimate Backup config files will allow you to utilize all vehicles in the 954 Pack to their fullest potential by allowing backup AI to respond driving them, and with proper uniforms.
Credit to AstroTriesModding for his EUP to UB conversion tool which makes making these configs a breeze.
 
Notable features in these configs:
Local and SAHP HEAT units can be called for pursuit backup to keep up with suspects you aren't able to. A LifeFlight helicopter can be called to rescue victims an ambulance may not be able, or quick, enough to rescue. Dynamic patrol zones via customregions.xml allowing specially marked patrol vehicles to respond in that specific region, sometimes alongside another department.  
There are four versions to these configs: - The Free version, which covers all vehicles from the Free 954 Pack on FR and Modification Universe.  - The Free version with EMS addons, which includes lore-based vehicles from 5-mods to expand the EMS system in Ultimate Backup to cover a large handful of regions.  - The Addon version, which is the same as the above except this includes the Coroner and Prisoner Transport van from the RABBIT Development Patreon.  - The Addon version with EMS addons, which includes lore-based vehicles from 5-mods to expand the EMS system in Ultimate Backup to cover a large handful of regions.

Either or is suggested as none of the vehicles in the 954 Pack replace vanilla vehicle slots, which means you will either see vanilla police vehicles or whatever previous vehicles you had installed in those slots spawn ambiently via LSPDFR itself. If this happens and it bothers you, you can do one of the two:
Copy and rename 954 pack vehicles to vanilla vehicle slots.
eg: POLICE, POLICE2, FBI, SHERIFF, etc.
or Find and use unmarked vehicles of your choice as replacers for vanilla vehicles. I suggest @Steve6645's unmarked vehicles as he has enough to cover ever vanilla vehicle slot and then some, and not all of them are natively addon.

Special Unit types: Offroad Patrol can respond to areas a normal patrol unit can't. Pursuing a bike and can't keep up with them in traffic? Call a Bike Unit! LSPD, LSSD, or SAHP will respond to assist. SAHP HEAT units can be called for pursuit backup to keep up with suspects you aren't able to. SAHP CVE units will respond to assist with any big rigs you may encounter San Andreas Park Rangers can be called to assist with wildlife or parks issues A LifeFlight helicopter can be called to rescue victims an ambulance may not be able, or quick, enough to rescue. Custom patrol zones via CustomRegions.xml which allows secondary departments like Paleto Bay or Sandy Shores to respond, sometimes alongside another department like BCSO. Bike Unit AI was rather buggy in my testing, especially in LS City Proper, driving too slow or sometimes brake checking me during pursuit. I believe this has to do with LSPDFR's pursuit AI behavior and I'm not sure how to adjust that. Let me know in my server if you experience anything similar.

Install unmarked vanilla replace vehicles, as none of the vehicles in the packs listed above replace vanilla police vehicles. Otherwise, you will see either vanilla models or the models you last installed spawning ambiently via LSPDFR or callouts. 
If this happens and it bothers you, I suggest finding and using unmarked vehicles of your choice as replacers for vanilla vehicles. @Steve6645's unmarked vehicles are a very good option as he has enough to cover every vanilla vehicle slot and then some, and not all of them are natively addon.

   Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.2, etc.) will NOT work.

These Ultimate Backup config files will allow you to utilize multiple packs by the authors Scorpionfam and Preston to their fullest potential by allowing backup AI to respond driving them, and with proper uniforms.
Credit to AstroTriesModding for his EUP conversion tools which makes making these configs a breeze.
 
Notable features in these configs:
- Local and SAHP supervisor units can be called whenever a Karen demands it.
- HEAT units to keep up with faster vehicles in pursuits. 
- SAHP CVE can be called to assist with large commercial vehicles
- San Andreas Park Rangers can be called to deal with wildlife-related issues
- Call a SAHP Motor Unit to keep up with suspects on motorbikes
- A massively overhauled EMS system featuring a large handful of vehicles collected from around 5-mods. Requirements linked below. 
- Dynamic patrol zones via customregions.xml allowing different patrol vehicles to respond in that specific region, sometimes alongside another department.

   - Drag n drop the three Ultimate Backup .xml files into
       GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> Ultimate Backup

    - Drag n drop the three Policing Redefined .xml files into
        GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> PolicingRedefined -> Backup
  - Replace when asked. 
 
Wardrobe.ini instructions:
Merge method: Recommended to not erase your custom outfits Open my wardrobe.ini file, right click, select all, copy Open your wardrobe.ini, scroll to bottom, hit Enter twice if needed, right click, paste Make sure all the outfit entries are evenly spaced when pasting!
