If you don't know already, I made a Vancouver Police Department skin for a Lamborghini Gallardo, and it wasn't too successful. At this point, I've got 66 downloads on it, and the skins were not exactly accurate. I stopped making skins and improved drastically and I'm back from my break, and I've learnt modeling as well! Anyway, I'm bringing an entire car pack to LCPDFR (exclusive to LCPDFR only) made purely from unlocked models, the skins and lights will be my work. I have not set a release date yet, however, I'm looking somewhere around the 28th of May (in two weeks). It might be a bit much, but instead of just improvising, I'm choosing my lights and components very, very carefully. Also, I'll be using a pencil and some paper to draw all my skins, not just improvising the skins, and choosing something off the top of my head. I'm really looking forward to uploading this, and what you guys will think of it! Also, don't forget to keep sending your model requests to SCNG Designs! I am their new modeler and I look forward to working with them!

Thankfully, I fixed it. Try reinstalling your game, and install your mods one by one, ELS to begin with, then add, then go in game. Say if you downloaded PoliceHelper and your game didn't crash before with ELS 7 installed, you know what ELS 7 is interfering with. As for me, I just reinstalled, added all my mods at once, and it magically worked. I, however, was lucky it was fixed with a simple reinstall.

Thankfully, it works now. Game just needed a reinstall to be honest.

Wow! I'm surprised someone has got the same error as me! I've reinstalled my game and I will put ony ELS 7 in the directory and see it that works. I have no idea what the problem is.

Not on my computer! What don't you people get?!?! The damn mod does not work with my game! I have reinstalled it 3 times and it doesn't work! What more do you want?!

I'm just installing a fresh version of GTA IV right now. I'll install the basics (Trainer, ELS and all my cars), and change the keys on ELS as well. Hopefully it works. See, here's the thing, one of the guys from my clan didn't even touch the keys and his works just fine :/ . This is really bugging me now and it's forced me to give a 1 star rating on it. I am really not impressed.

I have dsound.dll and AdvancedHook.dll (as well as Scripthook) and it still crashes. I really hate ELS 7 because of this.

Okay, I have looked through guides, tried to get people from my clan to fix it and no luck. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 4GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce 230M, what more do you want? Basically, I walk out of Niko's house, and it just crashes.

Yup, I am! Don't use application loader, it's a waste of time. You can, and in that case, just compress your application.app file (e.g. mygame.app) into a zip file and that's what you need to upload into Application Loader. Also, if an admin can close this, that would be great, because it has nothing to do with LCPDFR, GTA or PCs for that matter. Next time use the dev forums.

Yes I was. Because I posted this on the go, it was the YouTube mobile site.

I was just watching a video by Makinith29 and his manual siren was very different from the normal els one, which is just your typical wail siren. His was sort of different, but I can't really explain it in words, so I've linked the video: http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=plcp&v=l4XUFEB5s04.
