By "out of this world ENB" what do you want from it? Like give me an example of an ENB that's "out of this world".

As long as your cars are not super high poly and as long as ELS isn't taking up a lot of resources, ELS is the way to go. I would still have ELS if my computer was bad, because the default Emergency Lighting graphics are terrible.

Disable your trainer keys by clicking Ctrl+F and typing in "KeyBindings". Change the 'KeyBindingsDisabled' value from 0 to 1, which will allow your ELS to work with trainer (if your ELS does not work). If your other mods came with readmes, navigate to where the keybindings are and check if they interfere with anything.

New Houston Police Department textures. These cars are typically found in the central Houston Area (Downtown, Uptown, Midtown, etc.), however the Charger is no that common. Feel free to leave comments below. I will update my screenshots (I'm installing Hlsavior's ENB as soon as I build my new PC (which should be very soon) ) and release a new an improved version with more liveries.

Trust me, they cut out all the crashes. Also, Glen has a pretty stable computer and some how RCMP manage not to crash. But whenever you hear someone saying "10-7" it's game crash, 10-35 is off duty. I'm pretty sure you hear 10-7 a lot, but we don't pay attention to other people, we pay attention to Glen.

Layout: Good, Font: drives me away totally. Try and focus on less casual fonts. That's like making a police car and having its font as comic sans.

This is going to be a very dumb answer, but it's worth a shot: do you have your wig-wag pattern set as something like 02? If I recall correctly that one makes the wig-wags constantly on. Otherwise, you might have the extras from the talon in the extras of your takedowns, if you know what I mean.

It could be that your GPU is dying. Try and run some various tests to see if it's dying or not. It could be a faulty graphics card as well. If the graphics card isn't dying and if it's not faulty, I don't know what to do. Anyone else having this problem?

This changed subject so quickly. But, that's just how PC gaming is. There's not much we can do about GTA IV for PC. It's very old now and I bet even Rockstar admit it was a bad port. We just have to deal with it.

Sounds very British. As an American living in London, I listen to these sirens on a daily basis and this sounds VERY British. Is this what the Met Police?

How does a handling file have anything to do with crashing games? It just makes the cars go crazy.

It's still kind of alive! My vehicles.ide was totally messed up (the police was set as some sort of truck or bike or something) so I had to install my backup vehicles.ide. I then changed the value to 9 and it worked in the end.

The HG2 grill lights are what I'm talking about. They ask for textures that aren't included. Anyway, I've ditched them so it should be ok now. I was using his Talons too until they made me crash. Am I supposed to put the helper (or whatever you renamed it too e.g. misc_l) just in the chassis or anywhere else? Because the talons crash my game.

Well, this really sucks :( turns out those grill lights won't even import anymore! Anywhere else I can find grill lights? Sorry for all the trouble here man :D
