Of course, thats been the whole point since the mod for GTA existed.

It's really annoying when the stopping function for interacting and arresting peds stops working halfway through a patrol. After it stops working you have to result to arresting the peds at gunpoint and ordering them to the ground. Eventually after doing that for awhile it will no longer let you arrest on the ground.

It's just that new technology, so the officer is always on dash cam. It's for the departments that can't afford body cams.

Make sure to reinstall any visual mods you had installed before the new Script Hook V. OpenIV will update your update.rpf directory and delete them.  I like to use this visualsettings.dat because it's the brightest of them all 
 

Activate all three light stages by pressing J three times. After all three light stages are activated press G to activate the siren. You can also use the number keys above the letters to activate different siren tones.  

Do you have a game save that was after North Yankton? If you haven't done the intro then you can't load into a game save...

It's what I'm famous for. Those who were around for GTA IV modding know about my famous New York State Police pack.  It was never uploaded on FR, but it was extremely popular among New York enthusiasts and emergency vehicle aficionados alike, because it was and still is one of the most complete vehicle packages to ever be released.
 
Now, time has passed, and it's time to upgrade. While I have been toying with other projects here and there, both ELS and non-ELS, it's time to look back on this legacy project and bring it to 2017 with the NextGen New York State Police vehicle project.
 
Goals:
The goal is to bring the mainline NYSP fleet to your computer. Nothing less. Bearing in mind that I'm no expert in scratch modeling, I'm more than competent in the setup New York uses and I'm very picky about what people include when they decide to replicate it. I have seen some very poor replicas of the NYSP and I intend to bring a generous level of accuracy and usability to the agency's vehicles.

It's a lot of work. This will be a very lengthy project. I work in bursts, and you may see a bunch of vehicles come out at once with long delays.

LSPDFR hasn't had a update in almost a year...

I would like to make Ridgeruner's NYSP hat fit on EVI's Sheriff ped model for personal use. Is it possible to move it forward a little bit so that the models forehead isn't showing through the hat?   Any help would be appreciated. I have no modding experience with zmodler or 3Ds max.

So I was on twitter, Their twitter layout had changed to the typical "please stand by" from fallout 3 along with the ESRB rating of RP (Rating Pending). I also saw a post from Bethesda Softworks (Elderscrolls, Fallout ECT...)
