  1. You are correct, there is a template pack on GPM under Bxbugs123's downloads.
  2. This is it commented on EVI's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  3. Both files say they are invalid/deleted.
  4. I don't think so, as Mike said above, most cars come with templates, there is no site just for templates if that is what you are asking for.
  5. If you take a car and it's named ''police'' and change it to ''police2'' you will have to same car in 2 different spots. If you want 2 different CVPIs, then you can download a different one, and name it to police2, you can also use the noose slot.
  6. You have some really good skins here!!

  11. The last post was over 5 months ago. Instead of necro-posting, create your own thread, or look at the actual mod itself.
  12. I think it's great! You should definitely release it!
  13. Yes, I am currently learning how to make models, you put the car together using zmodeler and when you export it you do it as a .wtf. I personally use open IV for the .wtd because it is easier, all car parts that you download already come with their respective texture files, so all you are doing is putting them into one big .wtd file.

  15. I think having lcpdfr as a stand-alone mod is better. When you give it to R* you are letting them do whatever they want to it, they can add and change features at their will, and they won't listen to the what we want like the lcpdfr staff does. It would change the mod completely. Lets be honest here, R* like all other companies go for the money and business as others have said above, and the majority of gamers, PC, x-box, or ps3 don't want a police mod, or anything like it. The GTA series is made for people who want to steal cars, kill cops, and do other things that they would never do in real life.
