I have a CD copy. I don't think downloading it from gamestop or steam or just installing it from a CD causes the problem. the only thing I could think of is a mod that you installed, but if you removed it, there should be no problem. You could fix it by re-installing the game again though... I think that might be the only way to solve the problem...

Wow... I think I asked you about every possible thing that could cause thit problem... and I still don't know. Is this problem new, or has it been like this for a long time?

Well, if your mods are removed, the graphics settings don't help the problem... could there be a program that is causing it? Like a anti-virus program or something doing a scan on your pc?

It could be your video card then, if you have an unmodified copy of IV and you still have low fps try lowering your graphics settings, that might help

Wow... clockwork mountain usually has some very low FPS rates... it could be your video card. Or you make have a high poly car, which could be a problem.

I agree with you, if they have a car that has an option to open and close it's roof, then the lighting needs to be significantly improved as well...

Maybe a bit louder when hitting higher speeds, I think that would be nice.

When you want to import something, for example, from paint, select it and hit paste when inside paint.net. Copying and pasting basically, but if you save the image that you want to put on the car, you can import the file.

I don't have the car, maybe if you PM him he can tell you.

It is in the objects menu, it should be named hoses or hose or something similar to that.
