There are a lot of people in NYC... (obviously) but I would say at least a third of the tickets don't even make sense... or it was not necessary to even write it up in the first place... my mom got a ticket during the summer for taking bags of food into my house. I was outside when she did it too. The idiot somehow got out of her scooter and gave her a ticket for ''illegal parking'' when all she was doing was unloading a vehicle which is legal, and when I was standing right by the car the agent went and pushed the button, even though I was right there. I have tons of stories about the NYPD... I can't stand them LOL

Like I said... the NYPD handed out a ticket to my neighbor who works for a company... why? because the traffic cop said ''the decals were not permanently fixed to the truck...'' so like magnets... the funny thing is these things were glued on... and when he went to fight the ticket, they wouldn't void the ticket... so he had the same traffic cop come back to the house and try to pull the decals off... she tried for at least 15 minutes before she took off. He didn't pay the ticket lol

How did the NYPD not make this list? They should be number one if not two....

I recommend Braveheart's policing script, and any of the vdH mods, like the METT and K-9 scripts, they really enhance the game when it comes to policing and LCPDFR, I also recommend LCPDFR version.95 RC2, not .91, even though 91 is stable, it lacks some really good features that are only on .95

''GTA5 was recently announced for a spring 2013 release, which Rockstar Games has now confirmed will be after March'' So it will probably be one of those months. But still no PC release date or confirmation yet :/
