Do i need to put the IMMERSIVE thing in the .ini file for it to work or the GENERAL works too?

I've installed Grammar police multiple times and I cant talk to dispatch and it never hapenned when I had immersive dispatch so idk if thats true

my file is too high so the vehicle sounds are disabled anyone help me make it take less space. I already used Muted/Dead Air files for vehicles folder and I cant find any help

I have a huge problem with my eup menu and was wondering how to fix it and if anyone has the same problem as me. When I press F11, my eup doesnt load and i get a message saying that my LSPDFR crashed. I tried switching my eup key to F6 but the same thing is hapenning. It started hapenning when I installed Callout Manager but I deleted it and eup still crashes my game. I tried deleting EUP and reinstalling it but nothing worked. anyone help me please.😔
