Help - Simple Trainer Wont Work
Are you sure you're using the ASI loader for your version of GTA:IV? Because the below sounds like you have a version for a old GTA:IV patch:- Make sure you are using the latest version .asi loader for GTA:IV 1.0.7.0, including all pre-requisites.

ELS
I wrote a step in your list that you forgot. Also, make sure you have the pre-requisites, like .Net Framework 4, & Visual C++ (2008, 2010, & 2012. Including all Service Packs).

Social Club Error
Don't run the .exe as Admin, run Steam as Admin. Thereby, anything that Steam executes will automatically start in Admin mode. I actually recommend to run Steam as Admin by default. Right-Click Steam on your Desktop > Properties > Compatibility tab > tick mark "Run this program as an Admin" > Apply > Ok.

Simple Native Trainer for GTA V (PC)
You can Freeze (Pause) time. But I don't think you can do the other things yet. The blood is real irritating for me
-
i was thinking
The script file is called "Fire Patrol", the mod itself is called "Ambient Fire Department / Inspection". You can find it here, & here too.

Rambar- Yay or nay?
I agree with theninja35. Tho I wouldn't mind a tiny rambar on sedans, kinda like how the NYPD CVPI's have. Just has to fit the vehicle.

Spawning NPCs in GTA IV
No problem. Glad I could help :D About the notifications thing, change your settings to automatically follow topics you post & reply too. That way, it sends you notifications whenever someone replies to them. There's also settings for gallery images, downloads, etc.

Wow, that actually worked for me. Thanks (Using latest Firefox, 37.0.1)

Ped Behaviors
That is a very very interesting find. Opens up quite some possibilities & probably make things easier for modders

LCPDFR 1.1 Not working
I'm not sure what's wrong. There's a lot of errors being thrown regarding not finding AdvancedHook or one of it's dependencies. Are you running the game as Admin? When in-game, open the console (` key, top row of your keyboard, left of all the numbers), type "reloadscripts" (without quotes). Then check if anywhere it writes that "lcpdfr has successfully started". If you see it, then type "forceduty" (again, without quotes) in console & see if your model changes to a cop automatically. If none of this works, could you try removing your other mods? The IronMan & JuilioNIB scripts. It might be possible they're doing some conflict. Also, could you attach the other logs too? AdvancedHook.log, LCPDFR.log, ScriptHook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log (or did you already compile them all into one log, which is the one you attached? Which is what I think you did)

Character gets stuck in vehicle.
Awesome :) Could you up-vote the answer as "Best answer" please? That way it'll be easier for someone else to directly get the answer, & others to know this issue is (in a sense) "fixed"

Character gets stuck in vehicle.
Yeah, that happens when you get too close to a placed barrier. Because the barrier thinks you're a ped & applies the task ( "Don't move" ) to you. Use SNT (Simple Native Trainer) to ragdoll youself & then un-ragdoll yourself to fix it.

LCPDFR 1.1 Not working
Try reinstalling LCPDFR manually. I see some failures to resolve some stuff in the ScriptHook & AdvancedHook. A manual install should fix that. Also, when you start the game, make sure your Trainer keys are disabled. They can cause conflicts between which script will acknowledge the keys pressed. If you're using SNT (Simple Native Trainer), press F3 > Options > (first page, towards the end) Enable/Disable Keys > (press NumPad5 to) set it to Disable

HD 7770 run GTA 5?
One of your RAM sticks must be faulty/malfunctioning. Either test it out yourself (unplug PC, remove a stick, start PC; Rinse & repeat with other stick) or, I would recommend that you give it to a technician to fix it & replace the faulty RAM stick. EDIT: Realized you wrote 3 (sticks) x 2GB, not 2 (sticks) x 3GB, lel Are you using the 64-bit version of your Windows? 32-bit won't recognize more than 4GB of RAM, so it might be that. Tho it is real weird that even your BIOS shows only 3GB :/

Can my PC handle GTA V?
You should get Medium on 60FPS guaranteed. High on 60FPS with sometimes dipping a bit. I've got the GTX 760 myself, I can run everything Very High with 60FPS stable. So yeah, be optimistic, you're set :D (Just remember to turn "Ignore suggested limits" to On. Since V is really bad with judging the VRAM usage)

gta 5 link download
haha, I was going to mention that in my original post, something along the lines of: "If you want a crack for it, then GTFO (Get The F* Out) :D" But then I removed it

Random officers absent, partner ignoring commands
After the pursuit starts, did you call it in? If you don't, then no AI cops will chase after the suspect. To call a pursuit in, (after suspect starts fleeing) press ALT + E. Once you call in the pursuit, you should then see the usual blue/red "Wanted" circle show around the suspect's blip in your radar/mini-map. This is, basically, confirmation that the pursuit is called in. This option is put in for the "solo" cops (like me) who like to do it solo without the idiotic AI cops crashing into everything.

HD 7770 run GTA 5?
You should be able to run it at around medium, I think. The game is pretty well optimized. (Wow, that seems so short. Don't know what else I can put there XD )

Too many emergency LEDs on 1 vehicle?
First reaction when I saw that: "Holy F*in' Sheet" XD My God that's a whole dump-truck of lights. Too much for my simple tastes

Spawning NPCs in GTA IV
Simple Native Trainer allows you to spawn NPCs/Vehicles/Objects/etc. move them around, change the clothing, etc. It's basically the go-to trainer for all your GTA:IV needs.

gta 5 link download
If you bought GTA:V via Steam, it should be in your Steam library. Go to it in your Library & select the blue "Install" button. If you bought it via Amazon/R* Warehouse, it should be in your respective accounts. Also, check your eMail, since they probably sent a download link there too.

GFX D3D ERROR
Also, if Chickenify's solution doesn't work, did you upgrade your GPU (Graphics) drivers? nVidia & ATi released new GTA:V ready drivers just before V's release.

GTA Online cant find invite only option
I've had this problem, but fixed it. For some reason, when you press Enter on "Play Online", it does it twice, immediately doing Play Online > Go (directly into a online session). It randomly fixed itself for me, but you can try selecting "Play Online" using your mouse, that should work. It should then open another menu with the options that Chickenify stated.

Modding and V
That is so cool! Can't wait until you geniuses dissect the game completely ^-^

How to setup a multiplayer server?
If you have the latest build of LCPDFR (v1.1), it should automatically setup anyone who joins your private server & has LCPDFR. To create a private server; Open your phone > Multiplayer > Free Roam > Set Custom Slots to Max > Host Game. (Something like that, I'm just saying from memory) If you're using earlier builds previous to v1.1, I believe that when you host a private server, it gives you your IP in the console. Anyone who joins then has to also use a command, with your IP in it (Sorry, I don't know the exact command).
