Sometimes when I respond to drug deal and try to arrest suspect (red one gets his ass blown usually), he just won't comply. I taze him few times, I aim at him and call for backup, then I press E multiple times and nothing. Then it usually ends with me blowing his head off or him blowing mine as he had more than 3-4 weapons (when I press E, he loses a weapon). Does anybody know how to arrest him? Note that this doesn't happen all the time.

Yeah, do that. I had problems with models as they were crashing after 20 mins of play. I disabled ELS on all AI and now it works fine, game isn't lagging anymore and overall it's great.

You should update to the latest verision of LCPDFR (0.95 RC2) as that version contains fixes. All callouts are the same if I'm not mistaken.

If you have models that aren't designed for ELS, then you just press "/". If you have ELS designed models then pressing "/" will only trigger lighting mode (people will move out of your way and when you press G, it will sound different). What you need to do is to either press J and then press "/" in order to see the lights or to press ALT + T (ELS lights turn on automatically when you press G or "/").

Here is what I do. Get a trooper skin along with noose cruiser. It'd be good if you have some state police as noose cruiser. Get on highways and target people with dashcam's radar. Who goes over speed limit (more than 5 km/h than allowed) boom, speeding ticket. I am also using hardcore mode so sometimes I get a few surprises like chase, shootout and/or arrest warrants. Get whatever skin you wish along with unmarked car. I prefer using traffic unit. I do the same thing as number 1. Get unmarked car and fbi guy. Respond to shootouts and drug deals. You might want to "provoke" some chase by "annoying" people with pressing Shift to do a traffic stop and then to cancel it. You use hard weapons like m4 and mp5. Get a trooper skin along with noose cruiser. Do the same missions as number 3, just you have the option to use two weapon "packets". First one is standard (pistol and shotgun) and second one is heavier (m4 and mp5). Same can be applied with Noose Response Team, just use Patriot or unmarked car. Go in rough neighborhoods and start frisking people. Get your tazer ready. If needed, use deadly force. :) That'd be mostly it. I don't know how you can patrol without a car and have fun with it. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can only frisk people and use animations such as radio or coffee to make it lil nicer? What else you can do that is fun while on foot?

I see you already got your answer. I started re-texturing few days ago I absolutely love it. Now, my country finally has decent textures on awesome models.

I was a pro at Samp (san andreas mp). I pretty much owned whole server and as I was admin there, people were spamming my chat with reports on me. xD They usually got the message ***(ADMIN KICK)*** after doing that.

Okay. I have a small question. How do you get a normal noose helmet instead of that one that looks like pilot's helmet? Of course, this is for your and partner character. Thank you. :)

Also, it says (in console), I'm not using Luxart's Els and I am using it. How do I make that "true"?

Nope. I just opened console and written "delete". Nothing happened.

I think this is bug from lcpdfr side not mine. The bug is when you get killed in a shoot-out, and when you get out of hospital, you'll still have red icons on the map. Even if you go back there and kill them, you will still have those red arrows above their heads.

I see somebody already said about Virtual Dub. I use it, too and it's really good as fraps files take to upload forever. I remember first when I didn't know about Dub, I was uploading a 2:30 mins video to YT and it finished within 10 hours -.- I might make some new vids so I'm gathering good mods :P Your video is cool, too.

I modded every law enforcement except those barracks/enforcer and all els compatible. Everything seems to be perfectly fine. I guess that those two asi loaders were making troubles and now when one is gone, everything works like a charm except traffic flow. It isn't spawning new vehicles, maybe 1 or 2 per 156165165 taxies. So, so you say, it's the best to have noose cruiser and polpat els enabled and police1,2 normal lights. Okay, I'll try that. I never mod ambulance or firetruck so ye. :P Thanks for your help. @Leonov - Where the hell I find v5? I think everything got updated to v6..

I removed dsound.dll and everything seems to be fine now. :) I have have few questions tho. 1. Will installing traffic flow make some bugs in the script? That's how you correct taxi bug? 2. I'd assume that els and vehs that are compatible won't do any problems as half of "world" uses them? (I have all mods from gtapolicemods but none installed yet)
