Absolutely amazing! One suggestion though. Go into your Rage Plugin Hook settings dialog (press the gear button when launching RPH), and in the General tab, tick the box that says "Disable permanent version text rendering" That will get rid of that little notice in the bottom right that says the Rage Plugin Hook version!

Good Morning, Los Santos
From the album: Termination Media
The sun rises over the sprawling metropolis of Los Santos, where nobody is a morning person and traffic is always congested. -
Some impersonator cringe material
I watched another video and then I couldn't do it anymore. This guy, lol. He pulled up behind a disabled minivan, and the gentleman who was in the minivan asked him for a ride to go get a courtesy vehicle, and he's all like "I can't do that, cause I'm on duty right now." You're on duty? What duty? Serious patrolman dooties? Being a big superhero? Chasing down all them sidewalk spitters? Grab your dollar store policeman kit, honey! It's playtime! Oh God, why did you have to share this channel. Lmfao. This is outrageous.

Titles video "MVA", is going to cause an MVA with the way he's driving and chasing an erratic driver. He would have been much better off just letting the person drive away. He had a clear shot of the licence plate from the video, had everything the police would have needed to do an investigation. It was not even a serious collision from what I could tell. Worse to think, what would have happened if the person running actually thought he was a cop, and had other intentions other than just running. Maybe a felon with a gun, we don't know. He is asking to be harmed. I'll be one of the first to admit that I do own a Crown Vic. I don't drive it as much as I used to, as I have a brand new truck, but even when I did drive it, it was a beater, not a cop car. I bought it cause it was cheap, and reliable for school. I did get a kick out of the brake lights in the mirror and the reactions some people gave me, but I never took advantage of it. It's asking for more trouble than it does good. I guess he is just one of those guys who thinks that just cause he has the car, he's got the job. He probably wears 5.11 STRYKE pants and a black polo shirt too!

Totalled
From the album: Termination Media
A Lakeview County Police Corporal arrives on scene of a motor vehicle collision between a civilians car and a police cruiser. The police officer involved was attempting to stop another vehicle for a speeding offence, when the other vehicle crashed into the patrol car from behind. The driver of the vehicle was heavily intoxicated and was treated by EMS on-scene, before later being taken to jail. The police officer was not reported to be injured. Both the police cruiser and other vehicle were severely damaged and deemed unroadworthy, and will be sent for salvage. Police have since cleared the scene and the highway is now fully open. -

New Year, New Pursuit.
From the album: Termination Media
Shortly after the clock struck twelve, Lakeview County Police were called for a possible intoxicated driver. Upon locating the vehicle and attempting to stop the vehicle, the operator then proceeded to speed away from the officers, who began to engage in a chase. Approximately five minutes after the pursuit was started, the subject was brought to a successful halt after a PIT manoeuvre was performed. -
And so it begins
From the album: Termination Media
A Canine Handler with Lakeview County Police stopped a vehicle on New Years Eve right before midnight, and while dealing with the operator and other occupant, had suspicions that the two were intoxicated. After learning that the operator had a suspended licence for driving while under the influence of alcohol a few months ago, the officer attempted to place the operator in handcuffs, which in turn, lead to the operator becoming aggressive with the officer initiating a fight. The other occupant then began to flee, and the operator, successfully pushing away from the officer, began to run as well. The officer requested backup, and in a short amount of time, both occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged by police. -
LCPDFR 1.1 and 1.0d
Unfortunately, LCPD:FR is not compatible with version 1.0.8.0 of GTA:IV. The developing team, as far as I last heard, are not planning on updating the LCPD:FR modification, as it will require too much work, especially when most players have now moved on to GTA V. The only way for you to be able to use the LCPD:FR mod on GTA IV is to roll-back to version 1.0.7.0, which I am not sure if that is entirely possible with Steam, but perhaps another member on the site will be able to clarify that.

Seizure.
From the album: Termination Media
No, not the medical seizure. The diner featured in a story not so long ago is being seized by the San Andreas State Health Authority. This morning at 6 AM, the SASHA-FAP (Food and Alcohol Poisoning) unit arrived at the diner just outside of Paleto Bay with a seizure notice. Lakeview County Police also attended to ensure the property was vacated safely. The owners of the property had to be forcefully removed, and several customers were upset that they now had to go elsewhere for their breakfasts. "So now what, I have to go to 24/7 and buy a breakfast burrito?" said one customer. "Now you listen here sonny, I've been eatin' at this here establishment for sixty years, and ain't had no problems ya hear? Now some silly kid gets sick and here we go. Grow some balls! What a society!" said an elderly gentleman as he waddled to his vehicle. "It's just not safe anymore." says Stuart Nostra, I.C. Field Officer. "The building has various safety issues alone, and is just not satisfactory for the food industry. After three cases of food poisoning in one week, we had to investigate." The investigation by SASHA ruled that there were various health and safety violations. Staff wearing dirty clothing, not washing their hands. Poor food preparation and storage, among all things. The building has been condemned and is listed for demolition within the next month. The owners have been fined under the Food Service Act of San Andreas, and face a judge next month on January 20th. State Health Authority in talks to assume EMS Services
I'm not sure about the states, but I know here in Alberta (Canada), Alberta Health Services is the primary provider of EMS services to the entire province. Most ambulances are run through AHS, with the exception of contracted services through municipalities, which run under the eyes of AHS. So essentially, yes there is a such thing as a "state-run EMS" system.

State Health Authority in talks to assume EMS Services
From the album: Termination Media
It's in talks; the San Andreas State Health Authority is considering assuming all EMS Operations within the state. This would mean a centralized dispatch, and EMS system. "It would essentially eradicate all other EMS services, and replace them with a central service under the state." said Ross Bugley, spokesman for SASHA. "It would make things more fluid and simple." However, not everyone agrees. Multiple EMS workers within the state are up in arms about the idea. "Personally, if they put everyone under the same system, what does that mean for me? Sure, I might get to keep my job as a Paramedic, but my pay is going to go down. I guarantee it." said a Paramedic, who wishes to remain anonymous. "We know that people will be defensive about the change, we planned for that. We assure all EMS workers that they will not lose their positions and that we will do the best we can to keep their original salaries in place." - Ross Bugley. The next few months will be interesting, to see how the SASHA handles the situation and how EMS officials take the changes that are being brought up. Tom Killter, CountyNEWSTALK -
HA-FIT Called In
From the album: Termination Media
The San Andreas State Health Authority Field Investigation Team (FIT) were called to a diner just outside of Paleto Bay after an emergency call was placed for a possible food poisoning case. Lakeview County Police from the Paleto Base Office and a local rescue ambulance remain on scene to assist with the investigation. There were two other cases of food poisoning reported to the Paleto Bay District Health Office after they attended a local emergency room after having ate at the diner. -
We don't lie.
From the album: Termination Media
When a Law Enforcement Officer says; "you never know what you'll get in a shift." This is what they mean. A Lakeview County Police Officer was responding to a complaint out of Division 3 when a deer ran in front of their cruiser causing a direct collision, that could not have been avoided. The police officer had to remain on scene with their emergency lights activated until Lakeview County Fish and Wildlife officers responded to take the animal away. Unfortunately, the animal did not survive the impact. The police vehicle; a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria, was removed from service and decommissioned from duty. -

Sierra Takedown
From the album: Lakeview County
A Lakeview County Police Sierra (Supervisor) takes down a subject who is wanted by the Los Santos Police Department, and who was also in possession of a stolen vehicle. In total, the suspect was arrested and charged with; 1x Flight from Police (Warrant Issued) 1x Possession of stolen property over $5000 1x Possession of an illicit substance 1x Unlawful possession of a firearm 1x Unlawful possession of a restricted firearm 1x Unlawful possession of a vehicle 1x Verbally abusing a Peace Officer ("You're a hot cop, dayum! You can go downtown with me anytime!" as heard on the dashcam video of the arrest.) Needless to say, the judge will have a fantastic time when this suspect is put on trial.
