You know ive been sitting here over 2 months , holding my tounge not asking about release dates,not asking anything about 9.5, so im hoping to ask this without getting hostility from uptight people who take this way to seriously, Im just wondering as a faithful fan, would it be possible to get an update as to where you guys stand on 9.5 nobody has said anything and yes ive read your sticky notes more times then I wanted to, so how about throwing us a bone so we have an idea how long we have to wait. you know most people give, a release date and dont get mad when there fans ask about there product , so how about a smart common sence response to my question.

I was wondering if somebody could give me a decent guide to go off of for catalyst settings for gta 4, I am mainly trying to reduce shimmer , and get a clearer more decent picture, I strongley believe I may have something screwed up within the settings, any help would be appreciated, also I am using the ATI 5670 2gig HD DDR3

well then you just answered your question, if you are on a secure network then you are going to have to get on a network that doesent have so many restrictions , Thats kinda like if I went to the library and tried to look at porn they would restrict me from seeing any site that came back milacious or inapropiate, the army is going to do the same thing they dont want to take any chances of you screwing up there network with a virus or ect.. Like i said you are more then likely going to have to get on a network that is more open , I would suggest if you have a buddy with wireless I would go there and do my downloading , I know mcdonalds has wifi if you have a laptop, but they probably have limits on there net as well Just for shits and giggles, try to turn off your antivirus and then try to download

My first question would be why are you trying to play gta 4 on a computer from the Department of defence , second if it is from the DOD the army is gonna restrict you from downloading anything on that computer, my advice would be to get a personal computer one that is not tied to the army, They get kinda pissed when you download stuff that is completley usless to the military. and if you do get a new computer go to this website and see if you can run the game first, you will need an up to date comp. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

If you look real hard in the downloads section and I mean look hard , you will see these files called, lcpdfr 9.1 and 9.5 beta one click installer, download one or the other and wait for it to get done, when its done, dont be scared to click on the one click installer,read real good what it says (DO NOT) put your name and password in the thing that says hey give me your name and password, skip that hit instal, and then my freind you shall have LCPDFR

I already had gta iv san andreas, first of all the website I got it from had the mod, I downloaded it, and it said it had to install some files off the internet so I was like okay, and it downloaded like 4 gigs worth of stuff and right when it got done I hit install, and nothing happend it just quit, so then im pissed, I liked san andreas I thought it would be pretty cool to have HD san andreas, so I said i got to get this, and I found the main website for the mod and downloaded another 4 gigs, this time the installer worked fine, it took forever and when it was done I was like hell yeah, and turned it on ,got the cool new loading screens I was like this is gonna be sweet , as soon as it got done loading FATAL ERROR (WTF) so I tried again it didnt work tried some other stuff didnt work, about that time I was so mad,I just wanted to burn that mod to a cd so I could got outside and PISS on it, any way that ended my journey to san andreas and never messed with it again

But either way that still doesent explain what the unarmed mod is really for, and what it does

Sorry, this may be a dumb question, I am just wanting to know about the unarmed cop mod and exactly what it does and how it affects LCPDFR, will it keep the cops from killing the suspects and not snatching them out of my car when I make an arrest, or does it just make them unarmed period to the point where they are no help at all, just curious
