I still get the error from the keys but I can join Community team. I've been trying to join Channels, maybe that's why?

Ok in program files find this set of folders, Steam/Steamapps/common/grand theft auto iv/GTAIV. That's the GTAIV folder

I've tried regenerating it too and using the new one. It either tells me "invalid or already used key" or "Failed to use key: Duplicate entry". I am suppose to copy and paste the key in right?
