Okay so for my introduction I use song instrumentals. Some of them have been remixed and re-mastered. I was just wondering if I could get into any trouble (get videos taken down) because when people do covers they still use the instrumentals from songs.

One big thing that nobody has mentioned, is that most agencies have already either bought or decided upon their future fleet. Leaving very little room for this Tahoe. I think that this is about a year and a half late and should have been introduced with the Caprice.

Unless you know how to model peds, no. Editing the color of uniforms is simply texturing and can be done in programs such as gimp, photoshop and paint.net. However adding physical objects to models requires 3D modeling softwares such as 3DS Max, and Zmodeler.
