I do not know how to make skins otherwise I would help you. I can tell you this though, people are more willing to make skins (and models alike) when the OP provides pictures of what they would like, as well as the vehicle(s) they would like the skin to fit onto.

And here I thought you just made good youtube videos :P Haha I would love the implementation of all of this! If you read the devblog you will see that they are working on stability w/mp. As far as #3, I would disagree with that, strongly. Lcpdfr devs try to emulate basic, realistic policing, and what you requested is just the opposite of that. I have seen multiple pursuit videos where there is two people in car, and never (NEVER) has one of them began to discharge his firearm. Just my opinion..(:
