Hey peeps, This is my PBPD pack. meant to be a more minimalistic lighting setup build.
I really hope you enjoy it and it can spark some fun and realism for you whilst your playing around!
This pack is based on Whitehouse, OH Police Department. Using their old design. Meant to be more small town based
(less funding = less lighting) yk
 
Replace Install Instructions
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Add the Vehicle YFT and YTD files that you want in your game from the folders in the "replace" folder.
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
Next navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data - levels - gta5 
Replace the vehicles.meta using the one included
Load up your game and enjoy!

Addon install Instructions
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "LIBERTY PBPD" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/LIBERTY PBPD/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

XScanner is an LSPDFR Scanner replacement/addon.

Multiple audio emitters to choose from; player, player vehicle, police vehicles. Customizable distortion effects for the police scanner. LSPDFR relay. Broadcast quick selection. Broadcast presets; Top50, Newest Streams, Official Streams, Manual stream input, search for streams. Supports all known audio formats, and then some. Police Scanner playback (frontend and 3d). Background Scanner playback (frontend and 3d) (local files or stream). Preferred audio folder; for dispatch replacements. Audio redirects; for dispatch replacements.   There is the possibility of editing the ini manually, but I do not recommend it due to the complexity of this plugin.
Everything can be changed through the menu (default: F8)
If you already have something bound to F8 you can either:
 
change the menu key through the consolecommand SetXScannerMenuKey manually open the menu through the consolecommand and change the menu key from within the menu. OpenXScannerMenu

Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "legacypack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/legacypack/</Item> then click save
6. Naviage back to Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta
7. Drag the vehicles.meta into OpenIV
8. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Doğancan ve Semih Biçer'in katkıları ile hazırlanın stop the ped türkçe yamasının eksik olan kısımlarını çevirdim. Dosyada hala ufak tefek hatalar mevcut, 1-2 kelimelik hatalar için burayı güncelleyemem o yüzden hata birikmesi bekleyip ardından güncelleme yapacağım. Teknik olarak bu çeviriyi yapmak beni çok zorlamadı sadece başlangıç için çeviri ile başlamayı düşündüm, ilerleyen zamanlarda hiç Türkçe yama dosyası olmayan modları çevirmek daha da ilerleyen zamanlarda öğrenebilirsem script yazmak (behzat başkomiserin belindeki rozeti göstermesi gibi) istiyorum.

Kurulum;
Gta 5>plugins>lspdfr>stoptheped klasörünün içine bırakmanız yeterlidir.
Bu bir yamadır, bu yamayı kullanmak için stop the ped modunu kurmuş olmalısınız.

Q) Dosya içerisinde hata buldum, düzeltilirmi ? 
A) Evet, hatayı detaylı bir şekilde bu konunun altına yorum yaparak açıklarsanız bir sonraki update'de düzeltilir.

Q) Yama çökmeye sebep olur mu ?
A) Böyle bir şey ile henüz karşılaşmadım, bu moddan dolayı teknik bir sorun yaşanırsa büyük ihtimalle yamadan dolayı değil moddan dolayıdır.

Information:
Happy September all! I thought I'd drop by and release another little pack. A lovely blue department pack, perfectly built for Paleto Bay. Lighting and visibility for the dark country roads, fast Charger's to catch speeders on the highways and of course, some off-road vehicles for the forest.
 
This mini-pack contains the following vehicles and their spawn names:

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

Recommended mod
I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Important: I've seen a few people not do this, maybe a lack of GTA knowledge on tint and pearlescent paint? Anyway when spawning SET THE PAINT TO CLASSIC BLACK in a trainer, and also TURN WINDOW TINT ON AND OFF otherwise the lightbar corners and headlight/taillights will be black and the red paint will look stupid with Rockstar's dumb yellow tint.
 
This is a 2019 Toyota Tundra based on the Los Angles County Fire Department Lifeguards, this originally was going to be a private build for myself but a few people wanted me to release it, so here.
 
Included is a Los Angeles County version and also a Los Santos County version, which was requested.
 
Not too much going on with it, it's a pretty basic build.
 
Before any major LA fan yells at me, yes I am aware it has the wrong lightbar. I am using a Whelen Liberty I not a Liberty II, because I'm not paying for a Liberty II, which I can't even afford right now, just for this build. Be grateful I'm using Roegon's paid Lib I.
 
One last thing, before anyone comments it, the screenshots are not duplicated. They are in the exact same place/time/angle but if you look at it, one is LA, one is LS.
