The 2015 Dodge Charger....
The Fiesta and Focus is consistently the top selling cars in various European countries and they have always been among the highest quality hatchbacks available, they aren't designed for the US market (what car that doesn't have a V6 as the smallest engine is?), they are popular where Ford wanted the cars to do well. The Focus will deliver back-road fun in buckets, the chassis, steering and suspension is perfect (and have been since the first generation Focus), you really do not need a 2.0 ST or RS to have fun. The latest Focus is more grown-up than previous ilterations, but it's still fun to drive, the interior is very nice (though a tad outdated) - it's one of the few cars in the class that I can comfortably sit in. The Asians haven't figured out that some people are tall and has wide shoulders. It's the same story with the Mondeo, it's difficult to find a car that drives as well for the same money (or anything outside M3 money) as the Mondeo. Where Ford goes horribly wrong is with the parts and garage (in)competence, particularly the electronics is horribly bad in the newer cars, someone I know bought a Focus back in '11, only late last year did they fix some serious electrical issues such as the headlights locking themselves in trailer mode (pointing into the ground), the tyre pressure sensors would also play games, I'm told that its a delightful experience to have when you're driving on holiday in Provence. The garage itself was too incompetent to fix this despite having it in for 30+ checks, replacing all the wiring thrice and all major electrical components twice. The Climate Control still doesn't fully work, but the garage cannot find any issues with the cars when they plug in their computers (which is all they care about). I suppose that's what will happen you fit a car with the cheapest wiring you can find, I'm told that the wiring for the Focuses are made somewhere in Africa, presumably very cheaply. Keep in mind that we don't get cars like the Charger over here, the vast majority of our infrastructure is built upon roads from a few centuries ago, some major cities in Europe dates back a couple millennia and most other cities are centuries old, they weren't thinking about sweet V8's and big cruisers, but horses and pedestrians. Cars like the Charger and SUV's simply does not work well, especially in Southern Europe, you'd rather be driving a Fiesta than a Mustang along the French rivera from Nice to Saint-Tropez without using the motorway during tourist season, or any French/Italian/Spanish town for that matter. I actually can't think of a better car than a Fiesta ST for a blast down a road like this

The 2015 Dodge Charger....
Yes, very Japanese indeed. The new PIS is a major step forward for Ford, the Crown Vics that came before weren't designed at all, they were big boxes with smaller boxes attached to it.

The 2015 Dodge Charger....
Did they accidentally let the wax model melt under the spotlights during rehearsals? It looks smaller than the current Charger which would be grounds for concern for police use, that might be due to using parts from the Dart though.

Favorite Police Car?
I'll have to go with Denmarks old Mondeo 2.5 Turbos:

What do I do with the L1's
Yup.

What do I do with the L1's
You can replace the original L1's with copies of the scaled L0's or you can scale both (unhide the L1's prior to selecting and scaling)

Lightbar adds 150k polygons?
Yes, that lightbar is not optimized for use in video games (especiallyu IV), it will need some work before it should be used in IV.

New GTA V map being made for GTA IV (alpha released)
Adding onto that, here's what GTA IV's EULA says about using Rockstars content: I highlighted part h which in plain English prohibits modding the game. There's also their section on User created content: This part will probably not hold up in court (at least in Europe). As Sam said, it's all down to how Rockstar chooses to enforce the EULA, the negative PR that inevitably would come doesn't really seem worth it, but Rockstar or Take2 doesn't really have anything to loose. Had they only released it on PC....

NB's WIP Thread
I'm planning on creating skin packs that will be compatible with all the models I have, I'll use those packs on my releases as well as uploading them to the site which will hopefully make them compatible with most models. Update on the (Franken)Charger: dat ass!: The rear lights has changed, using glass and new reverse lights from the Forza model (existing reverse lights looked awful with the new glass). Glass on both sides of the boot are now individual misc components with their own collisions (no more phantom shatter, yay!) Pretty face too: New headlights curtsy of the Forza 4 model, high-beams are cut directly from the model whereas the normal beam were modelled from the xeneons on the same model. They make a huge difference to the front of the car Also shown is the new wing mirrors, also curtsy of Forza, the original mirrors weren't usable, the new version has black on the trim that attaches the mirrod to the door, the mirror itself (the outer part that folds in on the real car) will be mapped to template. The front indicators looks better in-game, I haven't been able to create a decent replacement. The model has also been rescaled as I accidentally mis-scaled it without noticing. Compare the screenshots with these: Doors: Nothing terribly exciting, both doors were stripped of materials and every polygon checked and corrected, the black window trim is the most obvious change, however the door seams will be immaculate once remapped. Interior Without question my least favourite part of the car, there's no roof pillars on the original model, presumably that part of the car aren't visible in SRW, however it looks atrocious in IV, the front parts doesn't line up with the window (see right and left sides). Converting Forza's interior is beyond my abilities so I'll have to find a different solution. I'm also remapping parts of the interior using textures from Forza, it doesn't make a huge difference, but I'm not leaving something that could be improved unimproved. There's still some work left, I'm planning on remapping the body to a new template, the current template isn't great so it would be silly to remap major parts of the car to a template that could be improved at the same time. Here's some more in-game shots, note that it's not as recent as the model shown in zmod, the mirrors and various interior components aren't implemented. It's still a work in progress, not representative of the final product:

Suspect Biting an Officer and Resisting Arrest
COPS has had a few of those calls over the years, there's another episode from Atlanta (I think) way back in the nineties where the officer dislocated his knee in a takedown. There's also a newer episode form Vegas where paramedics and the camera crew has to step in. Clips like that goes to show why cops do use force and why people shouldn't jump to conclusions about cops, especially when we only get to see a short segment taken out of context.

Watch Dogs available for Pre-Order on Steam
For UK'ers and EU'ers, try GameFly

On the House
Nope, it's Steam's regional pricing scheme, they usually sell a $60 game for €60 in Europe without taking the $1,37 USD to EUR exchange rate into account.

On the House
I'll gladly bash EA for their awful business moves, but Origin isn't one of them, I actually find it better than Steam. I've never had connection issues with Origin, their support service is extremely helpful (big problem with Steam) and they have reasonable prices in Europe (hello Gamefly/GMG/GamersGate). Steam looses connection every day, their games are overpriced in mainland Europe ($55 for Wargame:RD, $70 for Watch_Dogs) and Origin's DRM works as well as Steam's. I don't know what's up with EA, they screw up the games all the time while Origin keeps improving. It certainly doesn't feel like EA is trying to grab as much money from me as Valve does with Steam.

BA Refuses to Deport 19 Yr Old A-Level Student Yashika Bageerathi.
She didn't do anything illegal, the family applied for asylum which is a form of immigration that protects people that are at risk of persecution in their home county which complicates visa application and other forms of traditional immigration. Asylum seekers are allowed to stay in the county until their application is denied or accepted due to the circumstances, they are usually required to check in with immigration services regularly They have to leave if their application is denied, they would be illegal immigrants if they avoided deportation and stayed in the county past their deportation date. It's far from the only asylum controversy, sadly. As far as BA goes, they're free to do business with anyone they want as long as they don't discriminate which they aren't (they disagree with the deportation, not the deportees)

The Yugoslav wars are related though. And yes, it wasn't only the Serbs that committed atrocities during the wars, but that's not what OP was talking about. OP wrongfully claimed that the US attacked Serbia for no reason. I's plain as day for anyone that aren't brainwashed by the Serbian government that the Serbs committed some of the worst war crimes and crimes against humanity since World War 2. They continuously fought though several wars to build a Greater Serbia, a Serbia that was free from oppression from the Bosnians and Croats. We're not saying that the Serbs were the only war criminals, at no point has anyone argued that. Yes, I am referencing Wikipedia because I can't defence my old classmates that came from Kosovo and Bosnia because their families had been murdered by the Serbs, I can't reference my former neighbours who fled their country to avoid the wars and I can't reference my former colleagues that served in KFOR or the many hours we spent in school and college learning about the Balkans.

Let's have a look at why the UN got involved in the Yugoslav wars, what they did and what they were supposed to do: UNPROFOR UNPROFOR in Croatia UNPROFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina In short, UNPROFOR was there to do two things: A: Protect Humanitarian aid convoys and UN designated safe areas. B: Monitoring DMZ's and Cease-fires. The UN weren't in FYR as belligerents, but to protect and help the civilians in the war. That's not all the UN did, their main focus was to end the war by diplomacy. It didn't quite go so well for them: Yes, the UN authorised the contributing nations to use military power to enforce the no fly zone. Furthermore: Screbrenica: 4 June and 6–11 July 1995: Serb take-over of Srebrenica Mass executions That's just one of the many mass executions and acts of ethnic cleansing that happened during the Yugoslav wars. So yes, the UN had every right to intervene with military power, in fact, the UN responded far too slow considering what was going on. So what legitimate criticisms can you and everyone else have about UNPROFOR; The UN peacekeeping force neglected to do their duty, the massacre could potentially have been avoided or lessened had they acted correctly.- 24/03/1999 , 15 Years passed since America attacked Serbia
The UN and not only the US intervened in the Yugoslav wars: It's more complicated than that and there's a good documentary from the BBC about the Yugoslav wars, it's worth watching: - 24/03/1999 , 15 Years passed since America attacked Serbia
