Is anyone willing to make a plugin that make your character more vocal.
 
there are plenty of voice lines for both male and female cops and these can be set to trigger with certain event.
 
e.g.
 
BLOCKED_GENERIC - Honking
BLOCKED_IN_PURSUIT - Honking while in pursuit or code-3
BUDDY_DOWN - Police officer being killed
EXPLOSION_IS_IMMINENT,FALL_BACK - nearby vehicle on fire
SUSPECT_KILLED_REPORT
SUSPECT_LOST
FOOT_CHASE_RESPONSE - upon accepting callout
MOVE_IN,GENERIC_WAR_CRY, COMBAT_TAUNT,COVER_ME,COVER_YOU,DODGE,DUCK,TAKE_COVER - during combat
GENERIC_CURSE_HIGH, GENERIC_INSULT_HIGH,GENERIC_SHOCKED_HIGH,GENERIC_FRIGHTENED_HIGH,PINNED_DOWN - upon being shot
 
SURROUNDED, TRAPPED - during pursuit and foot chase
 
PROVOKE_GENERIC, - is vehicle search/ patdown results show yellow and/or red items
