If i was him and was actually innocent I would take a lie detector test, I know it can't be used in court, but that test would get out and people would see the truth no matter what way it goes if he failed or passed it. But to be honest this case shouldn't get as much attention as its getting. Everyday someone gets murdered by the other race, do we call racism on it?

It nearly brought a tear to my eye, because she is really smart and has a great future but because of what happened most of that got thrown out the window... Worst thing is we can't do anything about it because she won't tell anyone what happened. So her father will get off free... But I think because of what I saw, i'm going to volunteer as a big brother for those kind of kids who has had there child hood ruined. Things that ruin your day or week is nothing compared to what most of those kids went through in that big brother/ sister program. A lot of them seen abuse, sexually assault. In Milwaukee many of them seen there parents killed right in front of them... Really makes me sad to even think about what those kids go through, i'm actually tearing up right now. Damn onions

I have 2 cars (well kind of) Right now I have a 2003 chevy Malibu, i'm to lazy to go get picture of it right now. Today i'm going to go look at a 68 mustang and if its clean I will be buying it.

Well on my first few ride a longs it was just some traffic stops and a few accidents. But I had a few that were pretty awesome. On my first 8 hour ride a long we had 3 major calls. There were 2 older peopl (wife and husband) that fell and were laying on the ground for about 2 days. Due to there condition neither one of them could get up. So we got the call went lights and sirens and helped out. EMTS arrived and took them to the hospital. Then about 15 minutes after that we get a call about a weapons complaint, so I had to stay in the car on this one 3 officers arrive and they surround the house with guns drawn. They take the man out at gun point (this guy was basically on his death bed) turns out his son lied about him chasing him with a gun saying he is going to kill him. We ended talking to the son (who is 34 working as a bust boy at restaurant) . Then after about 3 or 4 hours we got a call about a drug complaint. This dumb ass was smoking weed in his hotel room with the windows closed. We ended up forcing our way into his room and we arrested him. That was the end of that night. Oh also at the jail a drunk women at the jail pissed on a officers leg well they were trying to put her into a jail cell. Then a few ride a longs went by and at this point it was sometime late January, me an the officer were driving around when I noticed a pretty suspicious looking vehicle, we were trying to move over to get behind it but some jack ass in a mini van wouldnt let us move over by the time we had a free spot the road split into 2 and we went one direction and the car went the other. But that wasn't the end of it, she ran the plates and they came back suspended, she knew a way to get to that other road, once the light turned green at the stop light we were at she hit the lights and we went flying down the road (at about 80MPH). We ended up getting behind the vehicle but it went out of are area then once we turned around it came back wanted. We were so bumed out lol. But we got something in return... A few hours later at about 5;00 PM (the peak of rush hour) we get called for assistance to help out the Sheriffs department with a high risk traffic stop on the freeway. We ended going lights and siren and we were the 3rd or 4th vehicle on the traffic stop. She got the AR-15 out and helped out the sheriffs department (for those wondering the guy in the car pointed a loaded hand gun at some kids and their mother well driving down the free way). Before they started getting the people out of the car we waited for a few more units. They blocked our side of the free way. It was pretty cool seen the state troopers and other units racing down the freeway to assist us, and yes I had to stay in the car on this one. Also one last one. On my last ride a long with a officer I respect very much we get called for a disorderly minor fighting with her parents. We arrive (had to stay in the car on ths one even though the officer really wanted me to come inside to see how the family treats this poor kid) The parents ended up not taking custody of her so we had to take her to Juvenal shelter (another name for a prison for minors). We think how ever that her father sexily assaulted her (she is 14) she hates men and won't talk to men at all also she hates her father.

Doesn't matter on the training, that cop just got lucky. There has been stories about pit bulls and other aggressive dogs that have been tased shot ect.. and they still attack the person. Also depends on the Dog breed in that video it looked like a black lab or something like that. Rather just shoot the thing then taking a chance and getting my arm ripped open or off...

Anyways, the use of force will be justified if you like it or not. Here are the rules for Legal Force. 1.) Is anyone in danger of death or bodily harm? 2.) Is there a weapon? 3.) Can that weapon be used? 4.) Is there intent? (such as to harm someone) 5.) Is there aggressive actions towards the officer or person. As long as a few of those rules are met then legal force can be used. (the first 2 have to be involved) Explained out so people see it in a different form 1.) Is anyone in danger of death or bodily harm? (Yes the officer is in threat of bodily harm / death) 2.) Is there a weapon (yes the dogs teeth) 3.) Can that weapon be used? (yes the dogs teeth) 4.) Is there intent? (dog jumped towards the officer) 5.) Is there aggressive actions towards the officer/person (yes the dog acted aggressively and tried to attack the officer)

You are so full of BS.... If you ever get out into the real world, and you see dogs are extremely aggressive ( you need to train dogs to be nice) they will not hesitate to rip someones face off.

From what iv seen a taser rarely works on a dog, it will run away but will come back even more pissed off. They were in the right to arrest him officers told him to walk go away and what did he do? He started filming that is disorderly conduct. With you saying a taser would of work better, yes it wouldn't of killed the dog. But why take the chance? Its like when people complain about a cop shooting a man that is running at him with a knife. I'm a dog lover, but I know that those dogs are extremely aggressive and have killed many people. (that breed) You can't take chances in police work, if you do your going to get hurt or killed. Tasers don't work like they do in movies, they are slow and if you miss with the first shot, your screwed. If he couldn't hit it with a gun (that weighs the same as a taser) what makes you think he would hit it with a taser on the first attempt?

Then just put your lights and turn your siren on for a split second and turn it off? What you mean a different way? The is only one way to do it, turn your lights on and have the script tell the AI your siren is on when it isnt for you. There is no other way other then forcing your way around vehicles and ramming them off the road. Most people in real life never even check there rear view mirror so when a cop is going "Code 2" when they come into traffic they will just click there air horn for a second or do a little woop woop to get peoples attention...

Why wouldnt you just pull over to the side let him past you and then pull behind him. No cop in the entire would try to do that. They would just pull to the side then pull up behind the person. Here is what is wrong with that, let me give you a few reasons why that would never ever ever ever ever ever work in real life. 1.) You can't keep an eye on him, 2.) easier for him to shoot you 3.) you need to walk back to the vehicle (perfect time for him to floor it and run you over) 4.) Would cause a lot of traffic accidents 5.) Just plain stupid... 6.) Other vehicles can't see your emergency lights The follow sign would only ever be used when they need to relocate a vehicle. STOP sign would be to tell vehicles to stop (mainly for a check point) or if there is accident and you don't want people to go around your cop car. Those are the only reason those signs would be used...

Yes, you can't make it look 100% a like but if you add a antenna and change the grill up then it they can't trade mark it. It can look 99.99% a like but its that 0.01% that counts and holds up in court as its not the same car. You just can't put the ford symbol or crownvic symbol on it.

(well most companys don't and work is one that they don't) so they can make it look just like the crown vic just can't call it a crown vic.
