Just had this happen to me today. Even after spawning Police vehicle in and getting into seat, siren comes on and stays on no matter what I do. Even getting out and engine shuts off the siren stays on. Haven't added anything new to the game so I'm at a lose. Updated one callout mod the other day but that was going fine for the past few days. I'll remove that and see what happens. EDIT: Update. Just reinstall ELS and should fix it.

Had this unusual crash from adding a particular vehicle mod to LSPDFR. The vehicle is a 2018 charger, it come with 4 files [Police3.ytf] [Police3_hi.yft] [police3.ytd] [police3+hi.ytd] I added this vehicle to slot 3. When in game if I spawned the vehicle it would crash the game. I deleted police3+hi.ytd and the game plays perfectly. The car works, looks perfect. I re added the police3+hi.ytd just to test it and the game crashes. I see you don't need polce3+hi.ytd (which only has a skin texture in it. The same one as in police3.ytd) to run the vehicle mod but was wondering what might be causing the +hi.ytd to crash? I have a pretty decent system so I'm not sure if its a graphics issue. i7/RTX 2060. And by the way the vehicle I replaced in this slot was also a 2018 charger. Same 4 files and nearly identical except the light bar and antennas have differences.

This thread is a little older but I just had this issue happen to me this week. I basically rebuilt my mods folder and am slowly adding back the vehicles and adding meta/data lines to suit what I'm adding back in. So far it hasn't crashed or at least hasn't crashed within the time I tested it. I thought at first it was a callout but I'm using the same ones when it crashed the first time. In my opinion I might have over loaded it with alterations for vehicles and handling lines, visualdat alterations and might have added or left out something that the game just didn't care for. We'll see.

This is my first try at this but I'm almost sure I'll figure it out eventually but does anyone know... I pulled a Benefactor XLS from GTA5 and placed it in my vehicle mods folder. I managed to alter the vehicle.meta file to have the XLS mimic a police vehicle. I placed a generic ELS file to get siren and only wig-wags at this point. No emergency lighting set up. The vehicle acts just like a police vehicle and I can blip other vehicles to pull them over except the main thing is, traffic does not move out of the way and the vehicle I blip does not pull over. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I should look to possible fix this? Advance thanks.

Yes. I've tried every possible solution I could find on internet. (Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS Build 18363.535) Personally I think its a Windows 10 pro issue on certain machines. I've reinstalled GTAV several times, even to a different drive and still doesn't work properly. It will sometimes work if I reboot and click Rage right off, but it works flawlessly in my second windows account every time. Weird stuff. Glad it worked

It's one of your callouts. Which one? Process of elimination.

I've been testing the second account work around and it works perfectly for me. If your like me and has tried every possible solution to get LSPDFR running with out getting Slow System Insufficient Permissions error then give this a try and see if it helps. I suggest playing GTAV up until you can save after Lamar and Franklin or you mini/map will only show North Yankton. Plus you'll have to change some settings but otherwise then that you should have all your plugins, els, etc working. Just to say again this workaround works for me and thought it would be proper to share. Also to mention I am running windows 10 pro version 1909. Got this SSIP error nearly right after the November update.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND FOR SLOW SYSTEM INSUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS ERROR OR OTHER. This might be a possible solution to SSIP. I was able to load LSPDFR three times in a row with this method. Can't say this will work for everyone but it did work for me. Create a new user account in windows. (Google search just how to do this). Give yourself admin rights. Log out of your regular accountant and then into the new one. You probably will need to make a new shortcut to RagePlugin to your desktop. You'll have to resign into Social Club but the game and all your plugins should work on the new account. You'll get the North Yanton intro but LSPDFR should load right over top of it. I imagine if you wanted to you can play GTAV before LSPDFR for a few until your past the bankholdup. Doesn't really matter becasue LSPDFR should play normally anyway. I've only tested this for a short time but I did go back into my normal account and try to play LSPDFR and got the slow system insufficient permission error. Hope this helps until a more permanent solution is found.
