  3. use dsound if you want to play online, as xliveless disables GFWL.
  4. I really hope that they come back with the Blood Money style of missions.
  5. Simple: lower down the amount of script/vehicle mods you have or change them so that this happens less often.
  6. Hello modders, I come to you with what I think may be a complex, but great mod. It is making the regularly AI controlled spotlight on the Police Maverick controllable by the player or a spotlight which is viewable by yourself (the controller) and other people in a multiplayer session and does not rely on view distance to be up all the way to see. There is another spotlight mod available for download which does not show on other players' screens when in multiplayer, which makes it nearly useless in multiplayer. I think it would be a good tool for clans and communities that do complex roleplay and scenarios such as spotting pursuits for ground units and such. Currently the flashlight/spotlight mod is listed as "open source" by the developer, so if any of you took this up you could reference his work and possibly build off of it. I thank you for your time and consideration. Flashlight mod: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  7. Any plans to make this multiplayer compatible?
  8. It was taken down for abusive comments at the request of the author. Here is a similar mod. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  9. Try pressing ALT+J then just J to turn off the lights completely.
  10. Anyone interested in playing right now? Playing with default cars/unis only TBoGT if you have it if you don't we can play regular GTA 4. I'm running flashlight script, callouts+ and The Wasteland+ 1.0c. Will be on the teamspeak.
  11. What features make you think the game is copying LCPD:FR? Also, how does this compare to GTA V on pc?
  12. Don't you have to pay the only server that has police roleplay like $20? Ummm, no thanks.
  13. He never released them ;( I personally haven't seen anything like those before.
  14. Did you try searching? There are a few on here.
  15. You don't need permission to make your own game, or were you trying to name it as First Response?
  16. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> As great as this would be, it's been said G17 just doesn't have the resources or funding to carry this out.
  17. Here's gameplay showing the breathalyzer. http://youtu.be/3ibMBpok2uQ I do think this could be alot better. The animations don't seem fluid, there's no lights yet, and when he pulled him over he parked in front of the suspect??? Also if you're able to just search/breathalyze anyone you want (as shown in that video without impediment I think that needs to be addressed).
  18. I think GTA: Online is making all these people competitive. After all in introduced a bunch of stuff like economy, saving cars, KDR for goodness sakes. When made GTA 4 multiplayer great was the fact that you could just start a game and get playing; no ridiculous GTA: Online for everyone to compete over. In my opinion GTA V multiplayer would be incredible without all of the unnecessary features.
  19. This has been discussed a bunch. Concept stays the same: less mods = less crashes. It's really upto you what you think needs to go to make crashing less prevalent.
  20. Hello all, I've been following the development of this game for a while now. It's a police simulator called Enforcer: Police Crime Action which is coming out on Steam next month on October 24. Now if you've been following the gaming section you may have noticed Police Tactics, which is the previous name before changing to Enforcer. Whether than bump the old outdated thread which now has inactivity notice I'd like to make a small collection of updated information surrounding this game. I have to say I'm really excited from what I've seen from the developers (which is a small game company called Odin of four people). Now obviously there will be people who may criticize the game for not having the best graphics or "looking dull" but with that in mind I hope people can appreciate that they're actually coming forward to hopefully make a game that you and I will enjoy playing, as there are not too many police-oriented games out there, certainly not simulators. So, is there anyone else that's going to give this game a try? Steam link: http://store.steampowered.com/app/318220 http://youtu.be/28y4Q9Toa9s *This thread is NOT for discussion about or regarding "Police 10-13". 21. Ugh, last time I watched COPS it had that god awful stock police radio sound effect. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afnR1C7HTh8 I don't know about everyone else but I'd rather listen to silence.
