Unfortunately, the file was 7mb, whereas the LSPDFR file upload limit is 4mb. I've since gotten LSPDFR to launch no problem, so I don't have the log file anymore. I appreciate it, though!

No problem! Just know that Code 2 will mean no lights and sirens, therefore meaning a longer response time.

I don't think there's a seperate plugin like that, but backup will always park right behind your vehicle if you call for Code 2 backup in UB, if that's any help?

So, I haven't seen any other posts about this yet, but the latest GTAO update includes 2 new cop-related updates: Loads of liveries for the Stanier cruiser, and a brand new, unreleased (but in the game files), and a new police Gauntlet Hellfire (which I'd guess will have the same nee liveries as the Stanier). Are there plans to make new corrosponding agencies for these new liveries in vanilla LSPDFR (LSIA Police, LS County Police, LSSD Highway Patrol, Port Authority Police, Richman, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, etc.)?
 
Edit: The new Stanier doesn't replace the existing LSPD one (model name "police"). It is an entirely new model (police5).

Does anyone know if there's any possible way to use the new liveries on the Stanier or Gauntlet in Ultimate Backup? Using the normal livery definition in whatever UB xml file doesn't work as the cars use liveries that are, according to game code, not regular liveries but rather Benny's Original Motor Works liveries. Are there any other ways to define a BOMW livery in UB?

This is now available in today's LSPDFR update.
 
Due to a build problem, the agency.xml included is not ideal for full immersion. This will be shortly fixed, but the corrected agency.xml is included here. Place into ./lspdfr/data/agency.xml. Make sure to use the new LSPDFR.ini or set Main.WorkaroundDLCVehicles = true in your existing LSPDFR.ini.

The spawn name is whatever comes before the .yft or .ytd in the vehicles.rpf folder of the installed mod. For example, if you want to find the spawn name for an add-on police car with files police6.yft, police6_hi.yft and police6.ytd, the spawn name would be police6.

Due to an unforeseen issue, we will ship the normal compatibility update first, then add support for the new DLC vehicles. Don't worry, this should come very shortly after our compatibility update (it's already there, just a minor fix needed that we didn't want to delay the release for).

Yes, provided no major time blocker or bug appears around this we should support these in the next update. I'll try to make sure LSPDFR supports the new vehicles and livery options and provisionally I've added them to the LSPD agency, but breaking these out to individual agencies might be something left up to the community and individual preferences.
 

Glad to hear they'll be in service! Can't wait to see if R* add any other law enforcement vehicles in future updates. Kinda seems like these are ports from in-progress parts of GTAVI. Maybe we can expect a law enforcement vehicle of the new Vapid SUV in the future as well! 🤞

I recently reinstalled LSPDFR with ELS, but for some reason there are no radio squelches when dispatch or an officer begins talking, no UI audio in GrammarPolice, and no activation beeps in ELS. Sirens in ELS and all voicelines are all fine, as are Menyoo and SimpleTrainer audios. Any help would be much appreciated.

I recently reinstalled LSPDFR with ELS, but for some reason there are no radio squelches when dispatch or an officer begins talking, no UI audio in GrammarPolice, and no activation beeps in ELS.
