Installation:
1. Download and install the model that is linked
2. Go to the following path in OpenIV: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lapd06\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
3. Put the lapd06.ytd found in the "Texture" folder in there
4. Install the ELS file from the "Custom ELS" folder into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default 

This file includes:
*Swedish police car livery with accurate textures
*An ELS file to make the environmental lighting blue
*All blue lighting
*Other small things
