Installation Method 1 (whole car pack):
1. Go to the following path in OpenIV: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\packforestales\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf
2. Drop the LandCruiserfores.ytd in there
3. Done!
 
Installation Method 2 (Only Land Cruiser, as replace):
1. Go to the following path: packforestales\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf
2. Drag the following files to your desktop: LandCruiserfores.yft LandCruiserfores_hi.yft LandCruiserfores.ytd
3. Rename the files to a police car name ex. police, police2, police3, police4, sheriff, sheriff2, pranger
4. Drop the files into the latest patchdays vehicle.rpf. Latest patchday path as of release: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday28ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
5. Rename the ELS file and put it into your ELS folder.
6. Done!

Installation:
I highly recommend renaming these files to either pbus (which is the prison bus) or riot2 (which is the riot water canon truck). Then put the files in the latest patchday.
Or you could just replace every single one of the flatbeds in game with this one.

Additional Comments:
As mentioned the year model on the GTA flatbed is a Volvo FM 2015 while the one IRL is a Volvo FMX 480 2018
but as that is the only Volvo flatbed mod out there it is the only one I could re texture.
